Favolosa vista sul golfo con accesso alla spiaggia immediatamente dall'altra parte della strada. Il complesso Leeward Key dispone di 2 piscine private. Sul retro del complesso è presente una grande piscina con grill a gas e carbone. Grande area familiare! Dall'altra parte della strada è una spiaggia privata, piscina riscaldata con servizi igienici. Esci dalla piscina e raggiungi le spiagge di sabbia bianca sulle splendide rive color smeraldo. Centro fitness in loco e carrelli bagagli per gli ospiti.

Non fumatori (compresi balconi e aree piscina), animali domestici non ammessi, oltre 1800 piedi quadrati più un balcone di 300 piedi quadrati e decorati professionalmente per il massimo comfort con una favolosa vista sul golfo dalla zona giorno, sia Master suite che balcone.

4 camere da letto, 3 bagni condominio con cucina ristrutturata (completamento novembre 2014) con ripiani in granito. Tutti i bagni sono stati ristrutturati a gennaio 2015. Pavimenti in piastrelle in tutte le zone giorno con moquette nuova in tutte le camere da letto nel dicembre 2015. Sala da pranzo e soggiorno spaziose e aperte con 6 sedie al tavolo e 4 sgabelli da bar più sedie da pranzo extra. Ventilatori a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto in soggiorno e in tutte le camere. 2 Master suite dispongono di letti king-size e vista sul golfo. 3a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno annesso. La 4a camera da letto ha 1 letto a castello singolo e 1 letto singolo a castello (consegna ottobre 2014).

Lavatrice e asciugatrice impilate. Internet ad alta velocità.

A pochi passi da Pampano Joe's (3-5: 00 Happy Hour), la cucina raffinata del Capitano Dave e la cucina cajun di Kenny D.

Destin, noto da tempo come "Il villaggio di pescatori più fortunato del mondo", vanta anche il più grande centro commerciale di design della nazione, centri termali di classe mondiale ed è una rinomata destinazione per il golf. Vicino ai campi da golf di Destin Harbor, Destin Commons, Baytown Wharf (Sandestin), Grand Boulevard, Indian Bayou, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay e Seascape. Outstanding Property! Wish I was still there!

I hate to share how wonderful this place is because I wish it could be our secret. This place was absolutely perfect. The view was better than the VRBO photos even showed, the amenities were great, the location, and the quality of the condo. I cannot say enough good things. On top of all of it, this was the most attentive and caring host we've ever had. If I could give this place 100 stars, that wouldn't even be enough. Don't hesitate to book this place, you'll have the best time! Looking forward to coming back in the future!

Perfect distance to the beach

The property was very clean, even though they were going through some maintenance upgrades. The construction staff was very courteous. We liked the location of this unit because it was close to both the beach and local restaurants. Everything was within walking distance.

Love this place!

We stayed here as a party of 8 for a girls trip. The location is perfect. Host was super friendly and responds quickly. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved it!

Everything we could ask for

The property was outstanding! There was ample space for our entire family: six adults, to children, and one toddler. Beautiful view of the area and beach. Sunset views were outstanding! Easy access to the beach and neighboring restaurants. Despite some technical issues, the owners and property manager were quick to respond and make amends. We plan to stay here again!

Beautiful beaches and close to reataurants

We loved the condo. Plenty of space and had great starters of laundry soap, dish soap etc. They thought of everything to may the stay enjoyable! The beaches are the best we’ve been to in the U.S. Soft sand and clean! We will be back!

Great location for a beach stay!

There really couldn’t be a better location…beach & pool access were very convenient. There were 2 beach chairs & umbrella setup for the unit by the beach service ready each day. Sunsets on the balcony can’t be beat!Unit was well furnished and had all the basics covered.

Great condo!!

We had a fabulous stay! Condo was well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beach service included with condo. There were several nice beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Large balcony with lots of seating. Will definitely stay here again!

A great condo

This condo was perfect for our group of 10. It was clean, had everything you could need, and was close to everything. The walk across the street was easy access to the pool and beach. Sheila was great to work with and was flexible with checkin time since we were arriving early that day. I highly recommend this great spot!

Fall Break

This is our second time staying at this condo in Leeward Key. Both times have been wonderful. The condo has a great layout with plenty of room for extended family, well stocked kitchen appliances, awesome location to restaurants, and direct beach access. The beach chairs were a great addition!! We will be back for our third trip very soon!

Great vacation cut short

We had a great time. This place has everything you need. It was too bad we had to leave a couple of days early due to hurricane coming from the gulf. No complaints everyone still had a blast.

Almost perfect

Except for the bunk room were all the mattresses there were horrible to sleep on and one of the boxsping was unbearably noisy that made us end up buying and sleeping on air mattresses instead those mattresses everything else was good. Pretty place, great location, quiet, kitchen full equipped. I also give them 4 stars for cleaning because one of the showers curtains was dirty and the dishwasher was full of dishes that we had to wash because they looked dirty and then empty the entire dishwasher so we can use it.

A wonderful Experience

Incredible!

The property was beautifully decorated, organized, and clean! It had everything we needed! It was the most beautiful view and so close to the beach! The beach was clean and not over populated! It’s the perfect spot! The pools were also very clean and nice! We did hit a small bump in our vacation plans first day, and even though it was no one’s fault, the host was VERY accommodating!! We also had a minor inconvenience during our stay to which AGAIN the host was quick to accommodate! Host was extremely kind as well and went above and beyond to help us! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Property was exactly as listed. Location was excellent. Inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella was used daily and appreciated. Property manager responded quickly and professionally handled a few minor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo

This condo was amazing. It was well stocked with beach supplies so don’t worry about packing any beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked which made it really nice. The owner was very personable and was there to answer any questions you might have. I will definitely be staying at this property again.

Awesome Stay!

Beautiful condo across the street from the ocean. Two pools were a great amenity. The condo had everything we needed. Five adults and 3 kids under 3 and we had plenty of space!! A 10 out of 10!

Great Family Vacation

This property is amazing! The pictures and unit description are accurate, and this was the best equipped property we've ever rented. The host seemed to think of everything that a family might need. The location is convenient and very walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the beach access is very close. The beds were really comfortable, and the common area is spacious. I highly recommend this unit.

Family Fall Break

Very nice condo. 4 bedrooms fit the 8 of us with plenty of room. The balcony allowed for beautiful sunsets. Kitchen items well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals, coffee, etc. Easy access to the beach, right across the street and down the stairs, beach chairs and umbrella service was a wonderful surprise. Parking was no problem and plenty of luggage carts to help load and unload for the week. Negatives: floors were painted the week we were there with less than 48 hour notice, notified after we had checked in. We had to be out of the condo for 5 hours, middle of the day. This was hard with young kids and an older grandmother in the heat, during lunch and nap time. The smell afterwards was horrid. Not the owners fault but huge inconvenience. HOA should have done this during the off season, not during fall break week.
