Sandestin Resort, casa di quartiere di Laurel Grove, si trova nella buca 17 del bellissimo Raven Golf Course nel pittoresco quartiere di Laurel Grove di Sandestin. C'è una piscina del quartiere, grill a gas e palestra per l'uso. Anche se non siamo in spiaggia, ci sono 9 minuti di golf cart per raggiungere l'accesso privato alla spiaggia di Sandestin. La nostra casa si affaccia direttamente a sud, e quindi ha una piacevole brezza marina costante che può essere goduta dai nostri 500 metri quadrati di portici coperti. Il nostro cottage ha una spaziosa zona giorno che comprende la cucina, sala da pranzo e grande sala con un soffitto di 30 piedi con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni. Inoltre stiamo offrendo il nostro carrello da golf a 6 posti in modo da poter avere un comodo accesso facile e godere appieno della moltitudine di servizi di classe mondiale Sandestin, tra cui la spiaggia, Baytowne Wharf, porto turistico, tennis e golf. Ocean Breeze Cottage ha tutto il necessario per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo presso il resort a pochi minuti di distanza.

Camera da letto principale: Situato al livello principale, un letto king-size con il proprio accesso privato al portico anteriore e un bagno con doccia.

Camera 2: Situato al livello principale, questa è una camera perfetta per gli ospiti con due letti queen-size e un bagno privato con vasca da giardino per il relax. C'è anche una porta che si apre per avvolgere il portico da questa camera da letto.

Camera 3: Situato al piano superiore, ti senti come se fossi nella tua stanza privata. Questa suite contiene un letto king-size e un set di letti a castello. Questa camera ha anche il proprio bagno con doccia e vasca con una bella cabina armadio. Questa stanza è perfetta per gli adolescenti!

Lavanderia: situata al livello principale e dotata di lavatrici e asciugabiancheria impilate.

Cucina: situata al livello principale e dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e intrattenere.

Great Room: una stanza allegra e luminosa con due volte a volta a due piani e porte francesi che si aprono sul portico avvolgente.

C'è una bella piscina del quartiere e grill insieme a una palestra e servizi igienici per il vostro uso durante il vostro soggiorno.

Condividiamo le nostre sedie a sdraio, ombrelli, i giocattoli per bambini per la spiaggia e le tavole paludose - per favore portatele indietro.

Fantastic family vacation home

The property owner thought of all the details that made this home welcoming and warm. As a family of 8, the availability of the golf carts, the bikes for the kids, sand toys, fishing poles, and the relaxing rocking chairs on the back porch made our beach stay enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Laurel Glenn. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained everything was. The house is spacious, thoughtfully decorated, and very well appointed — it had everything we needed for a relaxing and easy stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was a great space to unwind after a long day. Everything was very clean, and it’s clear the owners take pride in keeping the home in great condition.The neighborhood was quiet and it was a great home base for exploring the area. Great home-vacation spot

Love Laurel Grove and this house. Joy (owner) couldn’t have been any better or nicer or communicative-she was a delight. The kitchen had more dishes, pots and pans and spices than my kitchen at home!! And we love the location, right on the golf course so we can watch the golfers. The cart was brand new and was a 9 seater and had so much pick up. Also bikes-we have had to rent bikes in the past so that was so. Ice. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone

Great House in Sandestin

Just returned from a wonderful vacation! The house was clean and comfortable. We have stayed in Sandestin three times and this is our favorite community. The owner, Joy, was VERY accommodating and super quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We loved sipping our coffee on the back porch, being able to ride bikes on the shaded sidewalks and even to the nearby shopping centers (Publix and Maple Street Biscut). Pools were fun and the newer golf cart was really nice too. Pirate show and fireworks were fun to do in the evening. The only downside would be how crowded the beach is across the street. It was so packed we drove to two different state park beaches to have more space. If we decide to come back to Sandestin, we would stay here again.

Fabulous family time!

First let me say that any rental in Laurel Grove is an ideal location. We have come every year as a family for the past 5 years. This particular property is by far the best we have ever rented! It is well-cared for as seen by the spotless interior and quaint cottage decor. Joy, the owner, has thought of everything from the large supply of dishes and utensils to the phone chargers by each bed and the sound machines and fans in every room. She was quick to respond to any and every question we had. We loved it at this cottage! We have found our forever rental. 💕

Perfection

For my family and I, this entire setup was perfect without a hitch! The house clean, comfortable beds and great a/c. The golf cart was a huge bonus as were the instructions to any questions we may have. Joy and Miller were great with communication. I have no need to look else where for housing in this area because we hit a home run with this house and owners. The grandchildren already call it “Our Beach house”!

Wonderful property

Very nice property. We have stayed at several Laurel Grove properties and the addition of a separate a/c unit upstairs was a nice touch. The owners were very easy to work with and communicated promptly. The home was stocked with almost anything you could think of. By far, this is the nicest property we have booked in Laurel Grove — we will definitely be booking again.

Great condo in great location

This condo owner has thought of everything and had additional amenities available. Her condo is clean and organized, and her instructions and labels throughout the condo made it so easy for my older parents to navigate. The porch was great with some extra green space. We used the bikes, boogie boards, and corn hole. Laurel Grove is probably the prettiest, shaded neighborhood in Sandestin.

So relaxing

The house was the best home in a quiet area of San Destin which is exactly what I was looking for. House was so clean and close to everything we were doing. We had an amazing week in Sandestin. The house was beautiful and well stocked for a stress free vacation.
