ADII1107 is a beautiful two bedroom/two bathroom condo, with custom touches, upgrades, and decor. From inside to outside, this condo brings luxury vacation to you with the click of a button! You will notice right away the owner has truly tried to make their home feel like your home.
Upon entering the condo, you will have your own washer and dryer and linen room. You then come to the guest bedroom, which features a queen bed and ensuite style full bathroom. From the hallways, there is an additional entry to the bathroom allowing easy access without having to go through the privacy of someones sleeping quarters. You will then arrive at the Kitchen and Living Area - where you will immediately notice the floor to ceiling glass balcony doors - framing the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Within your kitchen and living room you will notice not only upgrades with furnishings, but you will also enjoy the personal touches picked just for you by the owner. The living room also features TWO sleeper sofas! Located off the common area you will then find the master bedroom and ensuite. Not only do you have a SECOND private balcony entrance from the master bedroom, but you also have an oversized soaking tub and walk in shower in the private full bathroom ensuite. This condo can comfortably hold up to 7 guests and each will be able to find their special place to retreat and recharge!
