Property Features:

Amalfi Coast 422C is located within an eight-acre resort featuring lush tropical landscapes and a dune-top gazebo that provides direct beach access. The resort boasts many amenities, including two large pools (seasonally heated), a fitness room, tennis courts, outdoor grills, and a fire pit. A graceful pedestrian bridge arches over the lagoon, leading you to the beach, while a lighted fountain provides a magical effect at night.

Living Space:

The condo features an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a triple set of sliding glass doors opening onto a balcony with breathtaking views. The living area is adorned with a sand-colored couch, a matching loveseat, and comfortable burgundy accent chairs with starfish patterns. For your entertainment, a large flatscreen TV is provided. The dining area features coastal-styled furnishings, including a hardwood table and six slat-back chairs. An open kitchen bar with four saddle-topped stools offers additional dining space.

Kitchen:

The full-size kitchen features custom white cabinetry, matching countertops, and appliances, perfect for creating home-cooked meals. All basic appliances, utensils, and a starter supply of disposable goods are provided.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

The primary bedroom suite boasts creamy white cottage-style furnishings, a king-size bed, a charming desk, a flatscreen TV, and direct access to the balcony. It also includes an ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combo and a walk-in shower. The bright guest bedroom offers two queen size beds and access to a full hall bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

Amalfi Coast is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive, minutes away from popular gulf-front restaurants, friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets for shopping. Nearby Seascape offers a championship golf course, a professional tennis center, and beach rentals at special rates for Ocean Reef guests. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort are also nearby, offering amusements, restaurants, bars, concerts, and festivals.
