Beautiful unobstructed gulf views from this 2 bedroom condo. The condo is very open & spacious. Balcony is a wonderful spot to watch the dolphins and relax. Amalfi Coast Resort is a gated complex on 8.5 acres of lushly landscaped green space, with a Coy pond, Fitness center, Community fire pit, 2 Pools, (one is heated seasonally) Tennis courts and Clubhouse facility.

**Minimum age to book: 25**

The beach access across from Amalfi has both stairs and ramp access to the beach, restrooms, and renourished landscaping and dunes.

Expectations met...

The Amalfi Coast was a great place to stay. The view of the gulf from our balcony, the nice furnishings and amenities in the condo and the outdoor shared space was clean, easy to access and in good working order. My only suggestion is a more detailed list what is in condo would be helpful. We packed in chairs and umbrellas only to find some in the closet to use.

Great location

The location was great! Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Both pools were very clean and never overcrowded. The condo was spacious and clean, had everything we needed. The elevators and carts were a plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location

Directly across from brand new public beach access was amazing!! The condo was great, great parking, well appointed. The community has two nice pools and the whole place is very clean and well maintained. Getting over to the beach was a breeze with the new public access ramps, stairs and even a new bath house. Weather was great. Condo had everything we needed. We’ll be back for sure!

Minor issues

It was a nice place but there were minor issues. The beds were very uncomfortable. There were items in one closet that appeared to be left by previous renters. But overall, I would go back.

Spacious clean condo w amazing Gulf views!

Beautiful condo in great area, spacious, clean w amazing Gulf view! Close to shopping and restaurants we had an amazing stay! A few suggestions 1) higher quality and qty of kitchen trash bags and 2) providing beach towels would be huge, especially for those flying in. 3) less decorative pillows on beds and couches. We Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again in the future.

Needs some TLC...think again about staying here

There are some good aspects to this condo, but the negatives outweigh the good. The balcony has a pretty view but it is very small, the furniture needs to be replaced, and there is a dryer vent from another condo that vents out right onto your head as you are sitting there. Dryer lint everywhere!! It’s disgusting!! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The shower heads need to be replaced. The drawers in the kitchen look like someone dumped out all the utensils and just threw them back in there randomly. It was SUCH a mess and so hard to find anything. Kitchen cabinet paint is peeling off. If you are short, the washer in the laundry room is so hard to use and the top continuously falls and hits your head as you’re filling it/emptying it. And the biggest thing that you must know about this property is that there is NO RAMP to the beach!! There are 4 flights of STEEP stairs down to the beach!! If you are ready for a workout then this is for you, but trekking up and down them multiple times a day with beach stuff and kids was hard!! Also, no kid/baby pool so if you have littles, this is not the place for you. Doesn’t seem like the rental company is taking good care of this place. Door was unlocked upon arriving, we found multiple things under the bed from other guests. Overall we’d say look elsewhere.

Better than expected

This property was really cute. Access to the beach was so easy. The view of the ocean from the unit was better than what the pictures show. The A/C did go out on us but the management company sent someone right away. The pool area was really nice. Would totally stay here again!
