The house was great! Management was easy to talk to and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. The stairs are a bit of a doozy, but once you get unloaded it’s fine. The pool and outdoor area was perfect after a day at the beach. Access to the beach is super close and easy to get to! The spacious balconies are perfect for a morning coffee or evening cocktail with music. We had a couple minor issues, but maintenance was quick to show up and fix them! The bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a mix of couples and singles.

The house was beautiful. The pool was so refreshing and perfect. Short walk in the back to the beach. Although there were lots of steps to each floor, it was a great stay.

Family getaway

It was an OK property if you had no other choice, it would be good-but not very clean, had mold all over the shower in the master bedroom. The walls was beat up pretty bad. wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed. It was nice and big.

Great stay at the beach

No complaints about this property. Nice shaded pool, plenty of inside space/porches. Private walk to the beach. Slightly tight parking/turnaround wise for larger vehicles. Close to shopping/restaurants. Would stay again!

Gorgeous Home, Steps from Beach

We absolutely loved staying in this house...the set up was perfect for our large group of 14. Go out the back gate for a short walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the 4th floor balcony. There is a lot of construction going on around the house, be prepared to -hear hammering at 7-7:30 in the morning. Our only frustrations last week were with the rental company taking care of issues in the house, not the house itself. We had no outside trash cans for 3+ days after multiple calls and texts we finally got a couple. Trash set downstairs for a few days until they brought the cans. Pool ladder only had one wobbly step on it and it broke off the 2nd day there. Maintenance did come out and fix the one step, ask us where the others were (there were supposed to be 3) and we told them there was only 1 step upon arrival. They had to order more steps and told us they probably wouldn't be here during our stay. Ice machine in the fridge didn't work. Reported that the same day the step fell off in the pool. No one was sent to check or fix it. Overall, we had a fantastic time.. next year we will rent through another company since we had issues getting our problems addressed.

Great location

The walk to the beach is private and short. The management staff was nice and accommodating. House is beautiful and accommodated our family and friends.

Great location!

We really enjoyed the house and the location! The home was located in the back of the street with no traffic at all. The home was absolutely stunning with a great view of the ocean and we had our own little walkway at the back of the house to the beach! Everyone enjoyed the home and pool! The pool stayed cold since it’s covered by the house so it was perfect for those hot days at the beach! There’s also a bathroom outside by the pool so no need to go inside! I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone and would love to rent it out again! The only negative we had was all the steps but we turned it into our daily workout! Thank you for such an amazing vacation home for my family!!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach house. So close to the beach that going back and forth with little toddlers was easy. Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool was small but our toddlers enjoyed it. Plenty of room for parking. Did need extra linens and blankets because bedding was very thin. Communication with property manager was easy and quick. Any need we had was attended to quickly. More hooks needed in bathrooms. Loved all the porches and beach views. We loved how close it was to a running trail, shopping, and restaurants. We had an absolutely fabulous time!

Great week!

We had a wonderful week in at this property! Easy walk to beach, lots of stairs, rooms nicely spread out throughout, pool heater broken unfortunately, and the heavy rainfall keeping us flooded in was just crazy!!! Everything was fabulous! Kitchen well stocked and the extra mini fridges were super helpful!!!!

Company needs to hire a new cleaner

So I will give you a very honest review of this house. It is a nice, large house, great for large groups or families if you don't mind climbing a lot of stairs. Anyone with a disability that hinders walking, or anything that requires climbing stairs, this is not the house for you. The kitchen is on the 3rd floor, so you will be doing a lot of climbing. Views are awesome, and big houses in that neighborhood are generally much more expensive, however there is reason why this house is such a great bargain for the size. The stairs can get super inconvenient, and the house was SO DIRTY when we got there! There were sheets that had obviously not been changed. We had to call and get new ones. We pulled out the couch in the upstairs bedroom and there was nasty old food all down in the couch and the sheets had not been changed in what looked like forever. We had to pull out the vacuum cleaner and clean the food off the floor and couch. We took those sheets off and washed them. The upstairs pull out couch in the master did not have any sheets on it at all. We had our 5 year old twin grandkids with us, and they like to sleep in the room with an adult on vacation, and we like to keep them near when we have an open swimming pool or high deck. The vacuum emitted a terrible smell when we turned it on. It was apparently really old and used in some really nasty houses prior. Overall, this was a nice house, but was in serious need of the couches being cleaned. I felt so gross just sitting on any of the couches because of how horribly they were stained. I don't mind paying a little more for cleanliness and I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the cleaning of this house, but we were really not happy with how dirty it was. The internet also was TERRIBLE there, which was not good because you get ZERO cell service on the bottom floor of the house. We had to reset the router every few hours. We called them and talked to maintenance and told them the house needed. a new router and some wifi extenders. Everything 3rd floor and up worked fine. Downstairs, the further you went, the worse it was! The handy exit to the beach trail was amazing, however it is a steep climb back uphill to reach the boardwalk, coming out, and the beach area, kind of looks more like a bluff, than being able to truly go down close to the beach with your chair. You sit higher up. Not sure why that is, but it's just how that part of the beach is.

Wonderful beach house

This is a great house for extended family to spend quality time together. The beach access is very convenient. We would definitely consider renting the house again when we come back to the area.

A very enjoyable experience!

This house was very large, very clean, and very beautiful. It had more than enough space to meet our demands (14 adults) and then some. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures which was a pleasant surprise and the beach was closer than what I expected also - double win! Three reasons why I give this a 4 out of 5 instead of a perfect rating. (1) The street this property is on is VERY crowded and tight with its parking and navigation. (2) The patio area pictures are a little old - the patio we got to enjoy looked a little different felt a little bit dated. (3) I emailed the property owner the Tuesday of our stay asking them to send someone to clean the pool. I did receive a quick response but nobody ever showed up to clean the pool. This isn't a huge deal but the Wi-Fi there went out several times and the router box had to be restarted. One of our party had work he needed to get done during our stay and it posed a challenge one morning. I would also suggest some Wi-Fi extenders throughout the house as the signal strength got worse the further away from the box you got in the house. Not a big deal though - we're not there to use the internet, right? I just wanted this to be transparent to the owner(s) and future guests. Also - big suggestion that would drastically enhance the stay for future guests but MOUNT A TV BY THE POOL AND BAR. There is so much shaded space there! Mounting a television would be awesome! Sports or movie nights by the pool would have been excellent. Overall a great stay - we would certainly come back and we would certainly recommend this house to others!

Great Week

We loved the property. It was clean, very spacious, and convenient to the beach. It was also well stocked with cookware, bedding, etc.. The lack of an elevator was a bit of an issue, particularly for the older people in our group. The house is 3 floors, but on pilings, so getting to the top level is 4 full flights of stairs. We were not thrilled with the notice that the thermometer for the A/C is not to be set lower than 72. Fortunately the temperature and humidity was moderate while we we there so we only had one night where the house did not feel as cool as we wanted it to be. We had a very enjoyable stay.

September Family Vacation

The house is wonderfully decorated, updated and as described! There was plenty of space for 8 adults and 5 kids. The pool is mostly in the shade so it was a bit chilly, even with the 90 degree temperatures. The kitchen could use a few more towels but that is really my only complaint. It’s a very short one minute walk to the beautiful beach. Be sure to get out on the beach for sunset - it’s gorgeous!

The house was generally awesome, really spacious, super close to the beach. Plenty of room for all my people. The only negative I had: the top two floors had the AC off when we arrived and were in the upper 80s.

Fantastic Time

Everything was perfect for our family! We had 20 people and there was plenty of space for all. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the beach was fantastic. The pool was a big hit with the kids! The place was very clean and kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. I would definitely rent this property again!

Nice place, needs a couple of easy changes

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful home, and a short walk to the beach. The dryer broke while we were there, and we were without it for 2 days. I do believe that management did the best they could to get it repaired, but it was unfortunate because so many of us were counting on that during our stay. I would strongly recommend adding an ice machine. We were going to buy ice every day to pack for our coolers. The refrigerator was not making enough ice just for our glasses, much less our coolers for lunch on the beach. The people on the bottom floor will definitely hear ever movement of what’s going on above them, so if you like to sleep in, well it’s tough to make that happen. Shades in the bedroom, rather than sheer curtains, would probably help with that as well. These are nit-picky complaints! But wanted to communicate for those who stay after us. Thanks so much.

Perfect Beach House

Iorana was the perfect place for our group of friends to stay! We had 18 people staying in the house. The inside is beautiful with plenty of space and all the kitchen utensils we could need. (Just a note, I would check your dishes before using them. We found that the people in before us didn't wash their dishes and stuck them back in the cabinets.) The house was clean and well maintained. The driveway can be tricky with parking vehicles but we were creative with how we parked them and were able to fit 6. Just make sure you have tiny vehicles and you can. It is a quick 30 second walk to the beach. You exit out the back gate of the pool area and get on this little path that takes you directly to the beach! We enjoyed the outside area by the pool. It is beautiful by the pool with plenty of space for everyone. You have beautiful view of the ocean from the house. I was in the king master on the 4th floor and the views were beautiful from the very top! I would stay here again and will recommend it when groups of people are asking where to stay!

Wonderful home!!! Perfect location!!

A couple of observations....chairs on upper deck would be nice to sit and enjoy the view. Kitchen needs more towels and there were no pot holders. Lastly, as big as the house is, there were no extra blankets for the pull out couch upstairs. Very minor things and we had a marvelous week!!!! This house is perfect for families with teenagers. The pool is wonderful, very short walk to the sand and the location is perfect!
