Welcome to Beach Baby, located in the prestigious gated beachfront community of ShipWatch. Enjoy private beach access just steps from the home! This luxury home sleeps 14 with 3 King Suites, 1 Queen Suite, and a Bunk Room, each with a 4K Smart TV and ensuite baths. Take a dip in the private HEATED pool or relax in the spacious great room. The complimentary golf cart gives you easy access to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located near Sandestin, Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, and 30A and a short drive in the free golf cart from dozens of great restaurants and shops. Great property! Fully stocked and so much space! Pool is small but perfect for cooling off in. Love how close the property is to the beach!! We had an amazing week and Alex is so responsive! 100% will come back!

This is our second year staying at the Beach Baby house. As always, the accommodations were excellent and the responsiveness of the management team was top notch. We usually do not have any questions, as the instructions are laid out well and everything is always in order, but when items come up, the team responds immediately. Location to the beach is excellent and there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We will definitely be looking to book again next March. Thank you for always making the stay so enjoyable.

What a beautiful home! We had a fantastic stay here. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 3 children. The golf cart was a great bonus as well as all the toys and chairs for the beach. My 75 year old mom and 3 grandchildren (ages 1, 2, and 4) were all easily able to walk the short distance to the beach. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our time at the Beach Baby! The house is well equipped and very spacious. When we arrived, the heated pool option was not functioning correctly, but it was quickly taken care of by Coastal Retreats and we had no issues the rest of our stay. We rented chairs/umbrellas on the beach each day, which was very affordable and easy. I will, however, say that some of the neighbors who are owners in the neighborhood were not kind to some other renters during our stay and requested "private beach access with no interrupted view" to themselves, even after the families who were staying in the neighborhood had been at the beach for several hours before the owners arrived. I do not find it appropriate to single out owners on the beach, as the renters who choose to rent in this area have paid a fair amount to stay and should have equal access to any area of the beach for Shipwatch. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a great stay! We did have an issue with the pool but the property manger/host were quick communicate and resolve it. There are a few outlets that were not completely put into the wall so we did have to keep a close on our toddlers to make sure they were not touching them. Unfortunately those outlets were in the kids room. The house was clean and shocked with plenty of towels and beach towels. There was so much to offer in the garage for the beach. The golf cart was so nice and convenient to have also. Overall this is a great house for families to stay at and we really enjoyed our time in Miramar beach!

The property is beautiful and fully furnished. Everything you could ever want or need in the kitchen. There were labels on everything which was very convenient. We had an issue with the WiFi and pool heating on arrival both of which were quickly addressed. Alex was very responsive and was very accommodating. Great customer service. There is a very short walk to the beach. Shorter than it looks on the map. The beach is beautiful white sand. We did not rent chairs or umbrellas because the home had all the beach accessories available to us in the garage. Definitely appreciated. We never used the golf cart- but it looks brand new. Having the grocery store so close we walked for any grocery needs. We would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect- not super busy like Destin.

Wow! The house was extraordinary, neighborhood was quiet and safe, close to food and shopping, and steps from a gorgeous private beach. The pictures don’t do it justice! Kitchen & dining area are perfect for family, and every bedroom was huge with super comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms on every floor.

Didn’t really like that the downstairs bedroom and hall bathroom being connected. Wish we had had cable wish the Grill had gas or that it worked. As usual the beach was beautiful. Disappointed that we had to pay for a second set of chairs. I’ve been coming for many years at 6 Starboard Court and always had two sets of chairs. I guess the main disadvantage was the bathroom situation? On the third floor, the bunker had to share a bathroom with a king size room. Everything was lovely. We have just been spoiled by being across the street. We had someplace to sit outside and watch the sun go down or come up (never been good on directions). We have to find out how early we have to make the reservation to get back across the street. But thank you you were all as helpful as you could be.

3rd year in a row we have done our guys trip at your property. Last year we saw all new furniture. This year there were more improvements: new kitchen counters and sink, new headboards, new tvs, sound systems, blinds, water feature in the pool. Very nice. Definitely noticed! Only negative this year: fruit flies. They were there when we got there, and got worse by day 2.. We got a couple traps and that helped reduce their numbers.

This was actually our second stay at this property. It accommodated my family very well and was a great location for the things we wanted to enjoy in Miramar Beach... again. There were newly installed pool door alarms which were annoying but I fully understand the purpose. If there were a disarm feature for families with no little kids, that would be great. Traveling from one time zone into another is confusing. It would be helpful if the check-in time were a bit more flexible for those of us that are not use to crossing time zones and end up arriving too early. Overall, its a great property with an easy to work with rental staff. I'm hope we're lucky enough to book our preferred times again.
