    HOUSE RULES
    • Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
    • This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
    • Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
    • We leave 6 wristbands in the condo that are required to access amenities. Replacements are $25/each if not left upon departure.
    • Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
    • Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
    • Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

Wonderful!

My husband, two daughters and I had a fabulous time staying in this condo right on the beach! The views were fantastic and the location was very convenient. The private beach with umbrella and chairs set up daily was a huge plus! Loved every minute of our stay and have already booked for next year!

Another great stay at The Beach House

This is our 3rd time staying at The Beach House. This Beach House is definitely showing its wear, but you can’t beat the location, beach access, and way less crowds then surrounding hotels/condos. 201A was by far the cleanest and most updated condo we’ve stayed at, at The Beach House. We are looking forward to our next beach trip here!

One of our best trips

This place is perfect for a family vacation! Location on the second floor is great if you’re hauling kids and beach stuff too and from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and the master bedroom and the condo is clean and stocked with almost anything you need for your stay. Beach location is quiet and less crowded compared to Destin beaches. Restaurant nearby within walking distance. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!

Perfect location

Second time staying here. New Fridge since last stay was a huge plus! Was not as clean as last stay. They must have forgotten the balcony because there was a dirty towel and sand every where on it. The soap dispensers at the sinks were all empty as well. Overall the location can't be beat and we love the area.

Beach House Stay

This property is AMAZING !!! It was extremely clean when we arrive and the location is perfect especially having small children. The property had fabulous views as it is only a few steps of the beach . There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores . The place is very spacious and definitely had everything we needed for our stay . We will definitely be coming back !

Annual girls trip!

We have been staying in beach house condos for 10 years with same 8 girls the same week (1st week of June) same location! This was our first time with VRBO for reservations and it was easy and wonderful! Condo was perfect location and very nice! Loved this unit on 2nd floor making stairs very accessible! Will definitely rent this unit again!❤️

Birthday Celebration

The property is just like the webpage. The living room sofa and chair were nice and comfortable. The a/c/ worked great. It is a well maintained property and met all of our needs. You will not be disappointed as the property is very nice and also it is a great location! My only suggestion is that you take plenty of beach towels, bath towels and also kitchen towels.

Awesome Location

Awesome unit with the best beach access. The second floor is where it is at!! No elevator wait and so easy to get to the beach. Convenient to the grocery store, and you can just walk across the street to get all of your beach supplies. We might have made a few “extra” trips to get floats, boogie boards, etc. we loved this place!! Also, the unit was clean as a whistle! I recommend 100%!

Perfect place for a beach week!

Property was so clean and well maintained. Truly appreciated the communication regarding maintenance being done on the property grounds. The sleeper sofa was really cool. Love the design and how easy it was to pull out and put up daily. 2nd floor, beach front and the chair setup was great! We had the best time and will definitely stay here again for our next beach music festival get away!! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories w our family and providing such a beautifully appointed place to stay for the week!!

Family vacay

The condo is very nice. The only negative is thr refrigerator needs to be replaced - the freezer racks are rusted and the icemaker doesn’t work (maybe 12 cubes were made each day). The complex itself could use some work. The gates going to the pool and beach are rickety with rust and peeling paint - and the gates do not lock. No need to use the armbands provided.

Beautiful!

First time staying in a condo with the family. We usually rent a decent size house, but it began to get out of our price point. We found 201A and don't think we will ever look back at a house again. It was perfect, right on the beach with beautiful views, super easy access to the beach and a nice size pool. We went in the off-season so there were very few people here. 201a was very clean, to my wife's Delight no sand on the floor upon entering. Very updated condo. Slept four kids two adults. Our 13 year old ended up on the pull-out couch because sharing a bed with her younger sister was getting a little too crowded. But she was very comfortable there. The kitchen was awesome, plenty of room on the countertop to serve everyone. We love Miramar beach, we have spent the last 7 years here and love it

Perfect beach trip!

Our stay at Beach House 201A “Salt Water Retreat” was perfect. The location is great, unit is feet from the beach. We liked being on 2nd floor unit with close access to the gate access, made trips back to the room convenient and easy. The unit is lovely and was spotless clean, stocked with what we needed (but we always bring the extras we know we’ll need). The condo is very well-tended…there was even a worker cleaning the walkways with a floor cleaner while we were there, they were spotless. Beach service is always a sweet bonus, because that’s where we spent the entire day from morning until sunset, on the fabulous sugar-sand beach and water as clear as a swimming pool our entire stay. Kris was a darling to work with, friendly and responsive. Could not have asked for a better stay, it was exactly what we love about beach trips…no negative surprises with a unit, friendly owner with a clean and nicely done unit (did I say clean?), beach service included, and gorgeous FL beach to make a wonderfully relaxing mini-vacay. We would definitely book again.
