Il condominio ha una scrivania situata nella camera matrimoniale per la vostra convenienza.

Il condominio dispone di 3 camere da letto - 2 suite king size con bagno dedicato. Questo bellissimo condominio nuovo arredamento in tutto compreso 4 televisori, 4 DVD, lavatrice e asciugatrice. La camera da letto principale si affaccia sulla spiaggia con una porta scorrevole in vetro sul balcone. Il bagno principale è stato completamente aggiornato con nuovi mobili, ripiani in marmo, illuminazione eccellente e ha una vasca da giardino e doccia separata. La cucina recentemente aggiornata è completamente attrezzata per la vostra convenienza.

Includiamo un ombrellone e 2 sedie dal nostro servizio spiaggia professionale per ogni giorno di noleggio da metà marzo, quando il servizio in spiaggia inizia fino al 31 ottobre di ogni anno.

Animali ben addestrati e curati sono i benvenuti. Gli animali domestici di età superiore a 35 anni richiedono l'approvazione anticipata.

Excellent Spring Break Stay

A group of us booked this condo for Spring Break for April. This was an ideal condo for the adults and teens in the group. The beach was just across the street and the pool was just across the parking lot. No stairs to contend with, just walked out the door and across the street to the beach. We could sit on the patio and enjoy sunrise and sunset with a beautiful back drop of the ocean. There were plenty of beds for everyone though we did bring a small twin inflatable that was used occasionally. The kitchen was large and had all the appliances you could ask for when preparing dinner for a large group. Three bathrooms was VERY helpful with such a large group. The condo was beautifully maintained and nicely decorated. There were several restaurants all within easy walking distance of the condo, our favorite being Kenny D's. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Beach Retreat always Grand

I was pleasantly satisfied with this condo. It was clean and my family enjoyed their accommodations. It was very close to the access for the beach. The bed was comfortable. We booked for next year. :D

Great location

This property was as described on VRBO and is definitely a pet-friendly resort. We were able to walk every morning, enjoy the beach, and sunsets. Walking distance to some very good restaurants too. I like to cook, so I brought along spices to use too. Thanks for having us!

Large Condo Across From beach

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath condo across the street from private beach. Also had 2 bunk beds in hallway. Nice area with many people walking there dogs. Parking was secure. Only negative was no hangers, garbage bags, coffee filters and other small amenities that you generally find in a nice property like this.

great vacation

the location and quality of this property is simple wonderful. During our stay when we had a minor mechanical issue they were out immediately to resolve it. We have rented other units in this complex and it's always been great. If I could change anything it would be to allow for early check-in if you arrive early when traveling from distant locations.

Beach Retreat 101-Destin

Property was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Walk to the beach was short. Beach service for chairs and umbrella were helpful for the family. We had a great time.

Great week!

Lovely, upscale condo. Kitchen perfectly furnished with every tool we needed. Plenty of dishes/glassware. Plenty of towels, etc. very comfortable beds. We didn’t realize it was across a road from the beach, but we adjusted.

Our New Thanksgiving Tradition

With the recent passing of my Dad and my husband, my family needed a much needed break from our normal Thanksgiving. I think we have found or new Thanksgiving traditions. The condo was amazing, just perfect for us. The furnishings were beautiful and the location and view were great. Prior to getting there I did have concerns about it being on the bottom level and so close to the highway - I thought it might be a little noisy, but that was not the case. All beds were comfortable with the exception of the back bedroom (kitchen side of condo). It really needs to be replaced - it saga in the middle. Nice that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. I highly recommend this unit - I will definitely return! Thanks for sharing it with us!!

Wonderful accommodations!

Our family had a great experience in this condo. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Towels were abundant and the kitchen worked out great for our cooking needs. The kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo and will be planning another trip next year!
