Questo splendido condominio 2BR / 2BA si trova nel quartiere di Crystal Cove e si trova all'interno del Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, usa il tuo proprio CART GOLF e passeggiata per la spiaggia privata di Sandestins. Questo quartiere è circondato da un bellissimo paesaggio lussureggiante e affacciato sul lago scenico. Questa casa dispone di ottimi mobili, cucina e bagni aggiornati per offrire comfort moderni durante i vostri viaggi. Un patio all'aperto esteso vi permette di rilassarvi e rilassarvi mentre si gode della bella brezza della Costa Smeralda.

Entrando nella spaziosa zona living e pareti a parete che scorrono le porte in vetro che si aprono al balcone sovradimensionato e hanno la vista perfetta sul lago.

Il soggiorno è stato nuovamente decorato con mobili in cima e una 46 "grande TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e il divano estrae in un letto queen size per ulteriori posti letto per dormire. La cucina è dotata di splendidi graniti e armadi che sono dotati di tutti gli articoli per la casa che potrebbero essere necessari se soggiornate per la notte.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto e accesso al balcone! Il bagno padronale ha una doppia vanità con una cabina doccia.

La seconda camera da letto ha un letto queen size, TV a schermo piatto e un proprio bagno con doccia / vasca combo.
Situato all'interno della spiaggia di Sandestin e del Golf Resort; Crystal Cove offre un comodo accesso a tutte le cose divertenti da fare a Sandestin con accesso a tutto ciò che rende questo resort così speciale.
È inoltre possibile attivarsi utilizzando uno dei 15 campi da tennis, i centri fitness in loco, i sentieri per escursioni in bicicletta o il porto turistico completo. Very clean and bright

This San Destin location was on the lake with seating on the patio for the entire family. Very clean property. Quiet area. Kitchen is equipped with all of our necessities so I was able to cook without a fuss. The property owner always answered my questions right away. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback is we wish we had access to a golf cart to drive around the resort. Hopefully this property will soon include a golf cart to the rental to accommodate guests in the near future.

Amazing Views

My family and I stayed at this location for summer vacation. The house was clean and had many amenities to accommodate our family. The patio was our absolute favorite. The view was AMAZING! My son enjoyed fishing!! The property was close to everything. I had a problem with the code and the host answered right away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Last minute gem

We were about a month out from out visit to Sandestin when we realized we needed a place to stay. I was not optimistic that we would find anything. It turns out this unit was available and I would say we totally lucked out. The layout of the unit was perfect for us. Two adults and two children under twelve. It was furnished beautifully and had little touches that I appreciated. Laundry hampers in each closet and in the master bedroom even a jewelry box to keep up with your valuable. There were also shoe cubbies in each bedroom closet. Loved those. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did do some cooking and found that the unit had everything we needed. The very large deck on the lake was nicely laid out. I was looking forward to watching a sunset but unfortunately there was too much cloud cover each evening that we planned to do so. The property manager was a clear and prompt communicator. We only had one issue, some ants in the kitchen, due to all the rain, and the issue was resolved promptly. He sent someone over and they left a can of ant spray in case we had any additional problem with the ants. Crystal Cove is a cute subdivision within Sandestin Resort. Getting on property was seamless at the gatehouse. We gave our name and were handed a parking permit for our stay. We were staying close to some friends who owned a beachhouse in another community in Sandestin and we borrowed their golf cart which did make it very convenient to get around.

Beautiful View!

We loved the neighborhood of this condo. It was in a part of San Destin Resort that was quiet with beautilul lakeview. The covered patio made it perfect for morning coffee even if it rained. We will definately consider renting this unit again in the future.

Beautiful, Relaxing Home

My husband & I had a very relaxing getaway in this peaceful place. The home was clean & the decor inviting. There was plenty of space in the kitchen for groceries & personal cookware. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, dish towels, hot pads, oven mits, etc., which was important to us because we prepared most of our meals while there. The closets had lots of hangers & space to store luggage & clothes. We enjoyed the back deck area & ate outside while enjoying the view of the lake. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The resort has a variety of activities if you choose to participate in them. Many great bargains at the Silver Sands Outlet Shopping Mall that was close by. The manager was quick to respond to a question I had. I recommend a stay here to couples, families — anyone who wants a nice place to stay that is central to so many activities, restaurants, & shopping in the area.

We had an overall nice trip and enjoyed the porch, comfortable furniture, and quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that it felt a little further away from the beach than we usually like to stay and the golf cart was a little slow.

Awesome stay!

The place was beautiful, clean and well-decorated. The lake view from the balcony was amazing spot to relax and unwind after the day’s activities. A plus, we were allowed to used 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and small cooler when we went to the beach. The only thing we were disappointed was the golf cart only for 4 person as shown in the website. We wish it was 6 person cart, so we used our car to go places inside the resort. We worked it out ok. Overall, it was an awesome family vacation! Thanks, Silvano

Great trip

I wantef a beautiful and relaxing trip to FL with my elderly parents since it may be our last chance. It was perfect - well, up until mom fell on our last full day! But up until then, the grounds are so beautiful, bayfront wharf was a nice surprise, Sunset Bay Cafe pool was great, and the golf cart allowed us to get to the Beach House and Grand shopping area with ease. Beware of association president - a bit too much of a busy body for me. Manager was very responsive. Only thing is we are used to more supplies being available and little personal touches. Highly recommend!

Great weekend getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the condo setting so very peaceful. The deck / patio area is very large. The kiddos especially loved waking up to all the turtles 😊 The condo was perfect for our family of four, very well stocked! The owner was very responsive & the golf cart was an added bonus. We did not use the bikes but were thrilled to find some chairs & sand toys. The property is about 5 minutes from Baytowne Wharf & 10 minutes from the beach.

Birthday Celebration

Beautiful Property. The property sits in the middle of SanDestin Beach and Resort so it is a big community on the opposite side of the beach. The resort is not easy to maneuver. We enjoyed our stay with the exception of; the beds were extremely unfortable, the golf cart was very old and hard to maneuver, the unit is poorly insulated and the residents above us walked as if they were coming through the ceiling. I could even here them talking. We were able to make frequent contact with our host when necessary. He was very friendly and patient.

Home away from home

The host has provided us an excellent stay in their beautiful home. The Strickland’s really appreciate the warm welcoming to your investment! The property is definitely a what I wanted Peace Love and Happiness. Everything was close in proximity.

Lovely home, great amenities, very responsive owner.

The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, updated, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view right on the lake. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed having the golf cart to get around. There was plenty to do close by including restaurants, shops, fun activities for kids, the beach, and golf. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Many thanks to the owner who was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We so appreciated it. Loved everything about our vacation will definitely plan to return!
