Immerso nella comunità Fairways del resort Sandestin si trova la casa perfetta per le vostre vacanze in Florida. Questo rilassante 3 camere da letto 3 bagni è dotato di TV a schermo piatto in tutte le camere, WIFI gratuito, sedie da bagno per disabili in ogni bagno e molto altro ancora! Con i colori vivaci e lo spazio aperto, questo è il rifugio perfetto per te e per i tuoi cari. Entrando in questa bella casa, troverete una cucina completa da utilizzare a vostra disposizione per tutte le vostre esigenze di cucina. La cucina ha anche due macchine da caffè, una convenzionale e una Kuerig. La sala da pranzo non delude con il suo arredamento costiero luminoso e arioso e posti a sedere per famiglie. Proprio fuori dalla sala da pranzo si trova la tua zona giorno principale con molti posti a sedere per la famiglia e gli amici. Il divano più grande ha un divano letto per ulteriori posti letto. Il piano principale dispone anche di un piccolo angolo caratteristico, perfetto per leggere e rilassarsi. Ha una grande biblioteca di libri per leggere alcune letture. Mentre ti fai strada sul patio posteriore arredato, goditi la vista tranquilla del corso e della baia. Cosa si può chiedere di più!

Wonderful

We loved how convenient this was to Baytowne, the beach and stores/shopping! Very clean! We loved waking up and seeing the turtles from the dock every morning! Highly recommend staying here!

Girl's Getaway!

This property was absolutely PERFECT for our Memorial weekend getaway! The pictures were spot on and the location was so peaceful! I took my aunts, sisters, and my mom who is recovering from hip replacement. The ladies really enjoyed sitting out back by the water, watching the turtles and sunset over the bay. We had an amazing time and will be returning soon!

Perfect spot

This condo was perfect for our group. The downstairs bedroom and bath was wonderful for our 88 year old mom… walk in shower❣️ The view was awesome-the deck out over the water etcetc!! Excellent stocked kitchen- very welcoming!! Will come back-

Just a few things

The place was beautiful, location great. The owners could e left a little more insight to how things worked. I.E., the tram, the pools, local things to do. There was a great book with lots of food places and things. But I guess more of things they are free for families would be good. If I had known not to try and park places and take the tram it would’ve saved a lot of time. If I had exact locations of the pools, which there was only one and it was crowded. Then found out on our last day there was more way across if we rode the tram, and that we could also get to the beach on the tram and it was free. We definitely could’ve used a golf cart. I know the owners don’t leave a lot of extras, but coffee filters for the specific coffee pot, and an extra garbage bag wouldn’t hurt. The property could use a good overhaul outside to make it more welcoming. They did have every dish you could imagine if you needed it it was there .overall we had a nice vacation and that’s all that matters.

The house was clean and is well kept. The only minus was the condition of the outside grill which was not good and looked unsafe to use for grilling food.

Being a crowded holiday weekend I think there should have been someone handling the beach access parking. I also feel the outside of our rental needed cleaning, the front entrance and walkway and the back patio area. It had adequate space and was a great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was decent. Communication was good and took care of issues needed. Grounds were beautiful and pool was nice. Miramar beach was close and convenient but access to Destin was not good at all. Unfortunately traffic is awful during morning and evening rush hour. If you plan on spending time in Destin then stay close or you will spend most of your time in traffic. The house itself was clean enough but had a musty smell. It is in desperate need of an update. Furniture and decor may have been from when the house was built. If guests are staying for more than a few days an extra one or two dishwasher detergents would be nice. Not a terrible stay but not worth the money in my opinion.
