This delightfully cheerful beach cottage unit has breathtaking gulf front views from a private balcony. The tastefully decorated living area has many fine details such as a beveled glass mirrored wall, nautically striped sofa, and loveseat, white cottage style furniture, a 27” TV, a DVD player as well as a CD stereo system to play your music on. The kitchen offers crisp white cabinetry, full-size appliances, and everything needed for meal preparation. The master bedroom has a cozy cottage inspired theme to make you feel at home and includes a 24” TV, a DVD player, carpeted floor, and a private bathroom. The bunk beds have comfortable covers for the kids and a top rail for safety. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools to eat at the bar. With all the comforts of home right here, you will be sure to enjoy this beautiful beach condominium! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was very clean and we felt safe in all areas. Parking was easy and the staff was kind. Loved having food and ice cream options without driving.

The property was perfect in many ways. The size, location and amenities were all what we wanted. The porch with beach view was perfect and access to the Topeka shows and walkable bars and restaurants was exactly what we wanted. My biggest complaint was the smell of mildew in the condo. It was overwhelming as soon as you entered the room, and there were at least two bags of damp rid hanging in the house that were full of water and needed to be changed. We had to wash all of our clothes before we left because EVERYTHING smelled like mildew We weren't super sensitive to it, and left the porch door open a lot for a breeze, but to someone else it might trigger respiratory symptoms. The other issue with this condo is its location by the trash chute. The bedroom is closest too it and the deposits started at 7 each morning and were quite loud.

Wonderful stay

The place was very clean and in a great location. We had a wonderful time with family. I appreciate the owner sending the driving directions, definitely follow theirs and not the gps when you get on scenic gulf drive. The gps tries to take you to the owner’s gate and it’s almost impossible to get back out on the highway.

Wonderful location. Looking to go back next year. Unit is beginning to show wear and tear, but clean. Needs painting and new carpet. Indoor furniture very comfortable, however the outdoor furniture should be replaced, not very comfortable.

Property was in great location. Easy access to beach. The view was good but there are a couple of palm trees that obstruct the view a little. The rental was very outdated. The owner needs to update the condo. The pull out couch had crumbs still in the bed. The vent hood in the bathroom rattles loudly.

Great location

We had a great time brought our 2 oldest grandchildren we laid on beach got sunburned. Grandson and I went deep sea fishing and had a good time. Overall the stay was very enjoyable. All the info we received worked well if not people was great to help. Will comeback and stay again.

Great location, but furnishings...not so good.

We really loved the location...right across from a beautiful white sand beach...steps away really. The unit was as described except that the couch and loveseat were both stained. The filter on the washing machine hadn't been cleaned in a bit either. Kind of brought the whole maintenance-cleanliness thing into question. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked as well. We had to use a paper towel as a filter. Another issue was having to walk through the gift shop in order to reenter the condo as we had no access code for the beachside door of the condo. But as I said...the location was really nice.

Family visit

We had fire alarm peeping at 1:30 am but it was taken care of next morning. We called about stiff balcony door and Vacasa had door company come out and completely rehang it with new rollers. There were problems but they were taken care of ASAP.

Excellent Location

Great location. Great communication. Very clean. Beautiful view to watch the sunset from the balcony. Short walk across the street to the beach and we walked to local dining places. It is important to enter through the correct entrance. The condominium has a side A and B. The communication team was able to help us navigate the area.

Property is awesome! Condo needs some good updates

The property itself is great and right across the street from the beach. The condo was clean, but needs so TLC. The sliding door didnt lock. So a broom handle was used. Not a problem for us, but would have been if we had kids with us. The walls are also pretty beat up from people over the years looks like. But other than that, the condo was clean and just what we needed to sleep in.
