Custom finishes, tasteful furnishings, granite countertops, tile flooring, all provide a bright airy open floor plan which is great for families & entertaining. The open floor plan allows everyone to converse throughout the kitchen, dining room, living area, den & outdoor patio of the dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, new sleek stainless-steel appliances inclusive of a side-by-side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, & Keurig/Coffee Pot Combo for your brewing pleasure. The dining room table has seating for (6) with kitchen counter seating for (8). The outdoor patio offers alfresco dining with a BBQ Grill & table that comfortably seats (4), with 4 additional chairs & is a fabulous place to relax.



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a cozy seating area, which includes a twin sleeper sofa & (2) chairs. A bonus den off the kitchen features an oversized 62” flat screen TV with sofa which acts as your own private movie theater, where you can snuggle up & enjoy movies, play games or just kick back with a great book!



The Master Bedroom is spacious with calming colors & clean lines, king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet & chair. The master ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity, tub/shower & commode. The Guest Bedroom has (2) queen beds, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, closet & an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is shared with the Bunk Bedroom & has a single vanity, tub/shower & commode. The Bunk Room has a Quad Bunk; (3) twin beds & (1) full bed, flat screen TV & ceiling fan. For additional sleeping, living room has a twin sofa bed & the den features a queen sofa bed.



The home is a self-check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.
