- Beach access right across the street.
- Fitness center access is available 1.8 miles away at the nearby Wyndham Vacation Resorts at Majestic Sun.
- A check-in desk is located at the resort. It will be open Sun. - Thur. 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m., Fri./Sat. 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Guests arriving after hours should check in at Club Wyndham at Majestic Sun (77 Seascape Drive, Building C, Miramar Beach, FL 32550).
- If you are using your vehicle's GPS system or an online mapping service for driving directions, please enter the following address: 2974 Scenic Gulf Drive, Miramar Beach, FL 32550
- There are no elevators on property.
Other things to note
- Pictures provided are examples. Actual unit may vary in layout, view, floor plan, and decor. The unit is resort managed, meaning all furnishings are standard to the resort and location will be assigned at check-in.
- 1 Queen Bed, Bunk Beds, & a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6 guests max.
- The resort has very limited parking onsite. One vehicle is allotted per unit. All other vehicles will be responsible for coordinating public overnight/overflow parking. Limited Parking Passes will be available at check in for each unit. Only plan on having one vehicle.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
- Please let us know who will be checking in when your party arrives. When you make a reservation, please provide us with that person's name and address (as it appears on their ID). That individual will be the ONLY person allowed to check in when you arrive. If you need to change the check-in name on your reservation, there will be an additional $100 fee.
- You can only reserve ONE unit, at this resort, under your name. If you book another unit (through me, another host, or the resort directly) another person in your party will have to handle the check in process.
- Check-in begins at 4:00PM (you can arrive any time after). Check-out is at 10:00AM (no flexibility). We are not able to change these times. You must check-in within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival. If you do not show up, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and you will not be refunded.
- The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to check-in.
- Amenities are managed by the resort.
