Luminoso e arioso cottage 5BR nella gated community di Maravilla. Al centro di tutto! Ristrutturato e recentemente aggiunto alle offerte per le vacanze a Miramar Beach. Lavatrice e asciugatrice un must. A piedi dalla spiaggia o piscina o campi da tennis. Breve guida a Destin, i centri commerciali outlet e 30A. Situato su una strada senza traffico. Camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno e zona vanità. La camera 2nd King ha spazio per culla o area giochi separata per bambini.

The home was perfect for my multi-family trip. It is large and spacious. Plenty of linens and towels. It is a short walk to the pool. The beach access is a bit of a walk with little ones but you can park at the condos right behind the home and walk straight onto the beach through the private entrance. The neighborhood is super quiet and very well maintained. The hosts are excellent communicators if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our family of 7. My daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beach with an airplane with a banner asking if she would marry him! Such a fun week. The only drawback is the house didn't have beach setup, which most of the properties at the Maravilla do have, but it was spacious enough for all of us to spread out at the house and the manager was very friendly and helpful during our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were perfect for us and our family members who could come to Florida to join us. We have stayed in the Maravilla community before and love the proximity to the beach and the entire community. The hosts were great about communicating with us and making sure that our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The property owners were so quick to respond when we had questions preparing for our stay. Thank you! We had a lovely time visiting Destin and spending time with family and friends. We were so happy that this property was a quick walk to the beautiful beach. The heated pool was a great time as well!

From the start, Brad was communicative and easy to book with. He kept in touch and responded quickly to messages. I will book with Brad again if it’s possible! Our group had 10 people including three children and one baby. The house was perfect for our family, clean and very spacious. Having 3 bathrooms was a big plus. The walking distance to the beach access was quite a ways away for a member in our group who walks with a limp but we were able to drop her off by the access gate via car and we walked from the house to gate with no issues, about a 5 min walk. Thank you, Brad for allowing us to stay at your place and make new memories.

Very clean and spacious! It’s the perfect amount of bedrooms/bathrooms for families with plenty of room to spend time together. The location is great and close to everything, especially the beautiful beach and pools. Brad was very accommodating and even contacted us to let us know we could check-in earlier. Highly recommend for an enjoyable vacation! We will return next year!

Unfortunately our stay was cut short, but for the couple days we were there, it went great. Brad was very accommodating. The place is huge, bed was comfortable, area is really nice.

Everything was great the property was in a good neighborhood and it was a short distance from the beach. Only problem we had was the house was a mess when we got there and had to contact the owner but he handled it very professionally.
