Quello che un grande vantaggio in più per il vostro soggiorno! Questo rende il giro turistico così facile e divertente!

Durante la permanenza nel nostro cottage, potrete rilassarsi e distendersi, come vi piace il parco che pacifica riempita con la natura. Si tratta di un quartiere tranquillo ma vicino a tutte le numerose attività del resort ha da offrire.

L'avvolgente portico invita a sedersi e godersi la vita all'aria aperta, mentre gustate una tazza di caffè o sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino nel pomeriggio. Ci siamo presi cura di ogni dettaglio per rendere la tua vacanza un'esperienza meravigliosa.

Come si entra nella casa si nota il piano piano aperto con un sacco di finestre e soffitti a volta. Abbiamo un televisore a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e mobili aggiornati e l'accogliente sala da pranzo può ospitare sei per i pasti. La cucina è completa di tutto il necessario per un piccolo spuntino o un pasto abbondante. Il cottage è rifinito con pavimenti in legno nella grande stanza e moquette nelle camere da letto.

Al piano nobile, la camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno padronale annesso tra cui doppi lavandini, una doccia walk-in over-size e giardino vasca da bagno. Anche al piano principale è la bella seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo.

Al piano superiore si trova una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale e montato TV a schermo piatto. Questa camera da letto peeks fuori sopra la zona giorno dalla persiane e ha il proprio bagno.

Laurel Grove ha la sua piscina e club house proprio di fronte al nostro condominio. C'è anche una zona d'esercizio per chi vuole mantenersi in forma!

overall a great place to stay, especially with family. great quiet area right next to everything and golf cart makes it so easy to access with a family of 4. we didn’t use a lot of dishes, but there was an issue with dishwasher the first time we tried and then had to hand wash everything the last stretch, i’m sure it will get taken care of and not happen again. for the price and area we really enjoyed it and spacious for our family, would for sure stay again.we also didn’t know, but the storage door outside held some chairs and boogie boards etc, but we didn’t see it until our last day, ha!

Loved our stay! We have a family of two adults, two teens, and two pups. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of activities to do in the area. The property was wonderful! 4/5 on cleanliness just because of the carpet and front porch step was broken on one side. Nothing that made a huge difference for us. 5/5 for EVERYTHING ELSE! The rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, linens, appliances, golf cart, pool access were amazing. We fully intend on going back in the future. Phyllis was amazing and very responsive. Easy check in and check out (clear directions for each were provided prior to check in.) Absolutely loved this place!!!

Carpet needs good cleaning or replaced. Dishwasher was leaking. Spray for spiders, and shower tiles collapsed when 3 year old grandson leaned on wall. Needs repaired with correct greenboard per moldy behind wall.

Awesome house in a beautiful resort

We were extremely happy with our stay at this house. It is located in a beautiful resort area. Everything is so convenient to access with the golf cart that is provided. The grounds of the resort are well kept, safe and friendly! The house is very nice, clean and well stocked with amenities including beach accessories. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back next year!

Cozy Cottage!!

Our Family of 4 and small poodle had a Wonderful time at this cute & cozy property! We have stayed in this same area multiple times & even though different properties, all have been great! Plenty of room for my husband and I and the teen girls to spread out. The beds are cozy! The location fabulous! Fun activities at Baytowne! We always get a place with a golf cart to make it so much easier to get around & even take to the beach side. We have been coming to Sandestin for over 30 years staying with my in laws that had a place on the bayside.Then even after they sold the home, we still pick this as our favorite place. One thing to note, we did have 1 day without the golf cart because it was not working; however the management group was so easy to communicate with via texting & responded quickly to get the golf cart working. We will be back! Thank you so much! The Lee Family

A very nice, dog and family-friendly property

Very nice, quiet house in a beautiful golf community. Right across the street from the pool and exercise room. Huge wrap-around porch was great for coffee and and afternoon glass of wine. Full kitchen--Publix is literally a 5 minute drive away. We really enjoyed staying here

Great location, Quiet Area, Multiple Beds / Bathrooms

The location was great because it was next to my father's home and not all of us could stay with him; however, the house was not exactly as expected. It had a master on the main with an en suite, a second bedroom on the main with two beds, one a single bed and one a full bed - and a guest bath right outside it, and a bedroom upstairs with a large bed and bathroom, although that room did not have a side wall (like a quasi-loft at the top of the stairs), That upstairs was not cool like the rest of the house. A fan was going when we arrived. We turned down the air, and it got a bit cooler up there, but it did not cool like the rest of the place. The place was clean and it is pet friendly, which is a bonus. There was also a golf cart if we needed it. If you are interested in renting this place, I would just check with the management to make sure the air is working in the upstairs bedroom.

Nice place.

Would stay there again. The property manager was very easy to communicate with. Only problem we had was with the code to the door and they gave us an additional code that worked until the maintenance person came the next day to fix it. No other issues at all. Only downfall was there is only 2 parking spaces and one is occupied by the golf cart so everyone needs to arrive in one vehicle which wasn't a problem for my group of 3. Golf cart was very nice to have, it made it so much easier to get around.

Perfect! Highly recommended

The house was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being able to bring our two dogs along made it even better. The location was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in the resort before, but never in a house. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The resort is beautiful, and there is so much to do here. The golf cart was wonderful and we loved riding around the resort to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Taking the golf cart under the tunnel to the beach is so easy and sure beats having to take the car out and fight traffic. Phyllis answered all of my questions quickly and was very helpful. No complaints about this experience at all. It was perfect in every way. I would definitely stay here again!

Love this neighborhood!

We love being snowbirds in Destin and love this neighborhood! The house was cozy and comfortable. I do agree with other comments that it needs a deep cleaning. There is dust in the stair crevices, vents and dust webs on the lights. It also has zero storage for snacks/food. So if you are staying fir a few months like we did, or plan on making quite a few meals, plan to have them out on the counters or buy a 3 drawer storage container.

Needs improvement

Our main reason for booking this unit was for the golf cart - a complete POS. The cart had duct tape on the seats, sharp, rusty trim and non-working headlights, which we reported but was never fixed. The repairman was called but never showed up. The lack of headlights was very dangerous and kept us from going out at night to Bayside. The freezer handle was non-existant and there were several window blinds that wouldn't open. Also, the garbage disposal didnt work and backed up into the sink. Bring more TP, paper towels and trash bags -not enough provided for a 4-day stay. Front door vas very dirty inside. Overall, the place was nice and had nice charm. Beds were comfortable and the community was very nice. Didnt get a chance to use the community pool or exercise facility.
