Welcome to Destin Stella Marina , a Pet Friendly Beach Condo where every details has been created to bring peace and joy to our guests , giving you a place to unwind and still be in a high demand location, Maravilla, alongside Scenic Gulf DR in Miramar Beach FL.

Our Condo is recently under new management to serve our guest in the most personal way possible.

In this 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths, with Breathtaking aqua blue Gulf View , Stella Marina can accommodate extended families or three couples and 2 kids ( total 8 )vacationing together. PET Friendly (with prior approval) . With tile floor throughout , granite kitchen counter top ,we’re located in building 1 on the 4th floor (top) close to the stairs and elevator. Quick walk to the front pool and beach access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 8):

- Master Bedroom - King bed, private bathroom and balcony access

- Guest Bedroom 1- King bed, direct access to full bathroom

- Guest Bedroom 2- Bunk beds and shared hallway bathroom

- Queen sofa bed in living room with 8 1/2 inch COZY mattress

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TV's . The living room 65” TV is connected to a DVD players.

WIFI throughout.

For your Stay at home family dinners , we hope you’ll enjoy our fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot , stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and range. For your entertaiment, we have provided board games, small beach cooler, beach toys, and more.

Brand New Stack-able washer and dryer complete this condo

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED:

We've taken care of that by offering 2 chairs and 1 umbrellas starting mid March through late October (weather permitting). Our beach attendants are friendly and ready to help you to find your umbrella .

You can travel light as theBeach Towels are included.

Stay with us and you can vacation like a local with locals as your guides. Must be 25 or older to book and no parties



MARAVILLA:

Is a gated community that offers 2.5 acres of private sugar white sand beaches. Two pools (one heated during the winter), hot tub, basketball, two tennis courts (one is setup for pickleball), BBQ grills and fitness center.

Quick access from both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr. makes coming and going very convenient. Located near grocery stores and world-class shopping and dining that Destin has to offer.
