La Terraza 948A è una residenza di lusso nella spiaggia di Miramar, a soli 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Situato su Scenic Gulf Drive, questa casa vacanza si trova in una posizione perfetta vicino alla spiaggia, ai ristoranti, allo shopping e al centro della zona di Destin / Miramar Beach. Non mancano le cose da fare durante le vacanze qui, soprattutto con i nostri pass per attività gratuite (dettagliati di seguito). Oltre ad essere vicino alla spiaggia, La Terrazza offre anche una piscina per comunità. Questa residenza cittadina con 4 camere da letto può ospitare fino a 12 persone in ampie camere da letto e ampi spazi abitativi.

Il primo piano ospita un soggiorno, una cucina, una zona pranzo, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo. L'arredamento da spiaggia e le pareti bianche brillanti aumentano l'apertura del primo piano. Il soggiorno è il luogo ideale in cui riunirsi e godersi uno spettacolo o un film sulla TV a schermo piatto. Distesi sui due divani, nella poltrona reclinabile in pelle o sulla poltrona del divano. Appena fuori dal soggiorno si trova la cucina, che è completa di ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e armadi completamente riforniti di piatti e stoviglie. La grande isola cucina offre ulteriore spazio sul bancone e un bar con quattro posti a sedere. Una sala da pranzo ospita un tavolo da pranzo formale per otto. Puoi anche goderti un patio privato con grill e posti a sedere per quattro.

La camera da letto al primo piano è perfetta per chi vuole evitare le scale, come coppie con neonati e ospiti anziani. Il secondo piano ospita le restanti tre camere da letto e un armadio lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La master suite si trova alla fine della hall, offrendo privacy, un bagno privato e un letto king size. C'è anche una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore BluRay individuare in questa stanza. Le altre due camere da letto al secondo piano comprendono una camera per gli ospiti con due letti matrimoniali e una camera a castello con due letti a castello separati per i bambini. Entrambe le camere hanno il proprio bagno privato e una TV a schermo piatto.

Property is great if looking for something close to the beach. Lots of space for a large group. We had 12 total and had plenty of space! Would recommend upgrading the mattresses- very uncomfortable and the bunk beds have deep indentations in the center making them very hard to sleep on. Otherwise- perfect for what we wanted!!

First time back to the area in 13 years. Property was just as described. We loved that the walk to the beach was only a few minutes. So convenient. We would definitely book again! The rental was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 6 children and did not feel cramped at all.

We had a fabulous time! There were 9 people in our group. We had plenty of room for everyone and room for more if we wanted! The house is even better than advertised! Location, location, location was amazing! Great beach access! Highly recommend this house for your visit to Miramar Beach! You won’t be disappointed!🌴☀️🕶️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had were when going to the beach the people who were in the building across the street were rude about us setting up a tent and a couple of us almost busted it going out the front door. The mat is extremely slippery. Be careful!! We def recommend this place! Everything was as described and the issue we had with the beach had nothing to do with this owner!! When we go back to Miramar we hope to be able to stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very roomy, beautifully decorated, and an amazing location. Everything was just as pictured on the listing. The beach is literally across the street and the pool was a hit with the kids. We received 2 calls checking in on us, so that was nice to know that they were concerned about our happiness with the place. The only negative that resulted in the 4/5 cleanliness is that our comforter in the master bedroom needed to be washed (we handled ourselves) and all the rugs in the house need to be cleaned. I realize this is a tricky thing to handle and can’t be done weekly but they still need to be in some type of cleaning rotation. With that being said, we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Condo is bigger than it appears in the pictures. Great location. Beach access directly across the street. Easy walk to a few restaurants. Nice little patio with a grill. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were big and updated. We loved our stay and would definitely book here again!

Good size property and it was nice that the reservation dates were flexible and we could stay for less than a week. Short walk to the beach. It would have been nice if we could have checked in early just to unload the van.

This condo was great, very clean and updated. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathroom and we never felt crowded at all. We had so much fun and the location was perfect and just steps away from the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for a week and it was very pleasant. There is a VERY short walk to the beach with private access. There was enough rooms and beds for everyone. The house was clean and overall great place to stay at!

Great location, nice large place. Dirty barbecue grill, all of the different room's rugs weren't clean and living room couches were dirty with lots of stains. Kitchen is missing some essential elements for families vacationing like waffle maker and sandwiches press.

This was our first time staying on the gulf coast. The property is excellent and laid out well. We had 10 people and never felt like we were crowded. My only complaint is the community pool. It didn't seem to be filtering like it should. Other than that it was well worth the price.

Great property, location, access.. Will stay here again. Very clean. Would be great to have one large skillet and a few more plastic cups for kids, but wasn't a detriment by any means.

Overall it was an amazing week and experience. The condo is beautiful and the only downside was the non-functioning clothes dryer. Lisa who works for the management company was outstanding and did her best to make our stay memorable. We would highly recommend this property to others in the future and hope to stay there again ourselves.

The pictures don't do the place justice. Nicely decorated, lovely furnishings, and well equipped for a vacation home. Easy access to the beach by walking across the street, and close to stores and restaurants.
