Endless Views Summit 2 bedroom 2 bath is perfect for a family with children or a two couple getaway! Endless Views Summit wows its guests with one of the most gorgeous views of the Emerald Coast. The living room and dining area as well as the master suite offer vistas of the beautiful coastline including Topsail State Preserve with its beautiful dune lakes, coastal forest and 7 miles of unspoiled beaches. Wildlife and sea life abound. Endless Views Summit has just been renovated to a 5 star level with designer coastal chic décor. The master suites is furnished with soothing coastal tones with a deluxe king bed with designer bedding. There is an ensuite bath with a combined shower/tub. The second bedroom has two full-sized beds with deluxe bedding. Endless Views Summit is the perfect family vacation getaway located in Tops’l Resort. Guests may enjoy the Summit’s private pool and jacuzzi. Tops’l’s beach access is just a short walk from the Summit and is located next to the oceanfront pool. Choose Endless Views Summit for a great beach vacation!

Last minute trip for the holidays

My boy and I decided to come down for a short beach trip before Thanksgiving. Could not have asked for better weather the past days we stayed here. Ocean was perfect and the room was awesome. Great views and plenty to do. No crowds. Great stay .

Great Time!!

Place was very clean and very well stocked. The decor was very beautiful and it felt very open and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Just a quick walk to the beach, not bad at all. A beach cart and chairs and umbrella was included which was so nice! Thanks again!

Great property and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plan on returning Couple updates needed- screen on sliding door out to deck needs to replaced and updates in the bathrooms should be considered Thanks for a great vacation. Hope to see you next year!

September Beach

Beautiful time of the year. Condo very nice and clean. Has all the things anyone would need for a good stay. you can see the ocean from the condo but cannot see the beach. Umbrella and chairs are an extra fee. A good bit of a walk to the beach, but they do offer tram service. Very nice pool. Grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful Condo!

Our stay at Endless Views was wonderful! The views were spectacular and we were able to hear the crash of the surf from the deck! The design and style of the condo’s inside space is beautiful and comfortable. The location of this Tops’l condo to Destin, Sandestin and 30a was perfect. We were able to see and experience a lot. The highlight was the walkable distance to the beach, and the emerald green water, wild surf and white sand. We hope to visit again!

Lovely surprise!

The property was beautiful! We stayed in the Summit and it was very quite and felt very safe. Short walk to the beach but it was worth it. Everything in the condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had a small glitch when we first got there but Lauren got it fixed asap. I definitely will stay here again!!

Good To Be Back At Tops'l

We have been coming to Tops'l for 25+ years. My in-laws lived in Summit 908 for those years. They have passed and we had not been back for a few years. We met other family this weekend for a birthday celebration. Staying in Summit 906 for this trip was a true joy. Beautifully appointed furniture, linens and decorations! Very clean. Everything we could have needed was at our fingertips. I highly recommend staying in this unit. We will definitely be back! D and K from Chattanooga, TN

Very nice place.

It was very nice. I would suggest to the owner is to have a small bottle of liquid dish detergent and liquid hand soap in the kitchen. Very difficult to cook and not have those available immediately when you get to the condo. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this property! Great location, very clean unit. The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed the pools at the condo as well. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Can’t go wrong with renting this unit.

Beautiful Vacation Home with Amazing View

We had a great stay at this property. We are a family of 5, 2 adults, 9, 7, and 2 year old children. It was tight but very doable. Our girls loved the double beds- the decor was so fun and the larger beds were nice! Our two year old slept in a pack n play in our bathroom and it worked just fine. The primary bed is extremely comfortable which is rare for a rental property! This condo is beautifully decorated and was extremely clean. The furnishings are very nice and well taken care of. The view is exactly what is shown in the photos- it’s beautiful! The only downside to this property is the proximity to the beach. It is about a 7-10 minute walk and I thought it was right on the beach. It wasn’t bad- we are just used to staying closer and I don’t recall the property description mentioning the walk. Topsl resort is a several acre property with many condo buildings and patio homes and this building has 2 buildings in front of it before you get to the beach. There are two pools, mini golf, and tennis on the property, but we did not have access to tennis since we did not book through Vacasa. Not a big deal for us. We did enjoy the pools and mini golf. The beach side pool has a bar and grill that is overpriced but nice if you don’t want to go all the way in for lunch. The pools were not as clean and well kept as other properties I’ve stayed, but they worked fine for us. We love this area of town in general because it’s less crowded that Destin or Seaside but a close proximity to both. We are at Louie Louie let the owners rec and it was our favorite meal of the trip- even over the famous Seaside places! There were plenty of beach chairs and a cart on the balcony that we used. The reservation does not include beach rentals. We considered renting but it’s pricey and crowded in peak months. We preferred heading left when we reached the water about 100 yards where there were fewer people and you could sit right on the waters edge. Overall, this was a really great stay and I would not hesitate to recommend. I only rated 4 stars because of its proximity to the beach. I felt like the property description could have been a little more clear about that.

Amazing view and easy beach/pool access

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from this location is amazing! Easy access to the pool and beach. The place was not cleaned prior to our arrival but Ms. Trisha (housekeeper) and her partner came immediately. We also received a refund for the cleaning fee We had a great time and will be back!

Room with a view

Property was beautiful. Looked like the pictures. The only draw back was doable. It was a little walk to the beach but not an issue. Had a wonderful stay.
