    Questa unità al 1 ° piano è piena di aggiornamenti e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. La zona notte ha un letto king-size C'è una mini cucina con mini-frigo, forno a microonde, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Questa bellissima unità ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che offrono un piano piano aperto con magnifiche viste sul golfo e sul tramonto.

    La zona giorno è dotata di TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, divano letto queen size e connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità gratuita, che offre tutti i comfort di casa. Il condominio ha una pianta unica con vista parziale sul Golfo del Messico. Il balcone offre una vista sulla spiaggia e viste mozzafiato sul tramonto. Questa unità sarà sicuramente la tua casa lontano da casa su una delle spiagge più belle e incontaminate del mondo!

    Inoltre, il Surfside Resort offre un ristorante in loco presso il Royal Palm Grille Restaurant, che offre un'ottima selezione di antipasti di carne e pesce, pizza, panini, insalate, sushi bar e un menu per bambini. Tutte le selezioni dei pasti possono essere consumate nella sala da pranzo con vista sulla spiaggia, il bar dello sport o addirittura consegnate in camera. I pasti sono meravigliosi e di dimensioni generose, quindi porta l'appetito!

    L'accesso alla spiaggia è limitato agli ospiti del Surfside Resort. C'è un'incredibile terrazza con piscina riscaldata, 2 vasche idromassaggio, piscina per bambini, grande piscina, saune e stabilimento balneare. C'è un tiki-bar a bordo piscina e un servizio di ristorazione sulla spiaggia che è disponibile per tutti gli ospiti.

    Surfside Resort è orgoglioso del ponte sportivo all'aperto che comprende 2 campi da tennis, campo da basket, pallavolo e shuffleboard. Great stay!! The unit is a little dated but functional. Some of the wiring needs updated as a few of the light switches didn't work or worked only sometimes. We enjoyed the ease of access to everything on the main floor and a great balcony.

Clean room. Plenty of towels. Our only complaint really was the room stays pretty warm and the bed was not the most comfortable. But for the price, we would stay again.

This is a great please for two people. The pull out couch is a futon so sleeping on it was not easy for an adult. Other than that it is really nice especially for an older condo. We had everything we needed.

The cover had a hold in it and the closet doors was just leaning against the walls. Also the beach pass for chairs and umbrella should be included I think. But it was just okay for me..

Bought K cups but there’s no Kuerig. Need some dish cloths to wash dishes. Please repair the bathroom exhaust fan and the closet doors. Loved the location and the price.

The room was clean and there is a view of the beach but the balcony door is broken and very hard to open. Could not open it the first night. The closet door was broken off and it was laying in the entry way and the Futon in the room was broken and couldn’t be used. The amenity of the Surfside our nice and we will stay there again just not that room.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed the location, and having private beach access and being on the first floor! I would suggest they get a new futon it was not great to sleep on it seemed like something g was broken underneath the cushion and the barstools at the table were broken. Other than that it was a great place to stay and had everything we needed and the cost was manageable. We will stay here again in the future!

I stay at Surfside every year. It’s a great condominium resort. My only issue with this unit was the master shower. The showerhead was not functioning properly and it didn’t drain so you stood in inches of water while showering.

Overall, this is a perfect spot for visiting Miramar Beach on a budget. I was nervous because of some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. This is NOT the spot for someone expecting some luxurious stay. But if you are the type that spends most of your trip out and about and not in the room, this is perfection. The quick walk to the beach was my favorite part. Second favorite part was the super friendly bartenders in the bar connected to the condos. Definitely will stay here again.The view is pretty good - not a direct view to the beach but a semi view of it with a view of the front doors to the condos. Air conditioning works, though it kinda has a little stale smell. Check in and check out was super easy and the free garage parking made things so easy. The walk to the beach involves stairs so don't bother with a wagon. There's plates and silverware in the room so no need to bring all that. Plenty of bath towels, sheets, and pillows. Easy drive / walk to plenty of stuff nearby.

We were happy with this rental overall. Very clean and same floor and very close to pool and beach access. TV did not have cable but internet did work so just used online services. Internet on tv would quick after a few hours so had to use switch on wall to power down and restart tv/internet. Bed was broke when we arrived and had to prop up with previous attempted fix. Futon just shot and needs to be replaced maybe a hide a bed. Almost sits on floor with broken welds and pad wore out. Kitchen nice with coffee maker, hot plate, microwave, and toaster over. Had some beach chairs which was nice! Slider could barely get open needs some lubrication and handle missing. Just need few updates and perfect lower cost oasis on the beach!
Bed attempted Previous fixes and broken cross boards which they said will put a work order in to fix. Bed will be fine with proper fix.

The air did not work at all in the condo. There was no silverware. behind furniture and under the bed was filthy. The picture behind the table had ketchup all over it. The bed was absolutely horrible it is not possible to get a good nights sleep due to the bed sinking in. This condo could be very nice if kept up with.

Property was nice needs some cleaning done. And items need to be repaird in room. Previous reviews i read said itemes were broken in the room. And i figured they might have been fixed but they were not. And there were qutips and trash still all over. Would probably not stay here again

Accurate discription just just needs to be little more

Location and building great. Just needs to be usable space. The futon is not usable and the high stools not safe. The cable took 3 remotes to figure out how to get turned on right. Two of nights no tv. Toilet continuously ran had to shut door to keep sound down Refrigerator doesn’t have enough space to put leftovers Price great location great.

Great Location Property Needs Work

Firstly the location of this property and the overall amenities of the resort were awesome. The saying you get what you pay for applies here. The rental was lacking. The overall appearance was late 90s. The bed was not even the quality of a bed in box from Walmart. If you plan on sleeping anyone on the futon it’s not going to happen. It was the most uncomfortable thing just to sit on much less sleep on.Br

This unit was fine for being a lock out unit. However, the bar stool fell apart, as did the chairs on the patio. There were definitely some cleaning issues-bits and pieces of random dry food items-a piece of cereal, etc. There is Not a Keurig coffee pot as pictured-just a very tiny 5 cup pot. If these issues were addressed the unit would be great!

My husband could not get the tv to work. We sent a message, but no one ever came to look at it. Thecbed was terrible. It was bowed in the middle. Woke up every morning with a back ache. The owner wanted me to leave the air at 72 degrees. I'm menopausal. It was terrible. The patio doir was very hard to open and shut. We were very disappointed.

This unit needs some major repairs and upgrades. The only thing that was good was the location to the beach. Walking in we were almost hit with a broken closet door coming down on us. Unit wasn’t clean-only surfaced clean. Only one chair at the dining table. Decor drastically needs updating. Kitchen faucet didn’t work properly and sprayed you. Towels and linens looked and felt like there were 100 years old. I guess you get what you pay for as I was wondering why this unit was so much cheaper than the others in the area.
