  • Un'oasi tranquilla e comoda attende il tuo divertimento in questo studio direttamente sulla spiaggia di Beachside Two. Questo spazioso monolocale offre tutti gli arredi necessari insieme a una cucina completa rinnovata con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Questo ampio condominio in stile studio dispone di 650 piedi quadrati di spazio rilassante, che sfocia sul grande balcone che offre privacy e apertura poiché l'unità si trova alla fine dell'edificio con l'ampio prato all'inglese oltre.

    La nostra unità di facile accesso è al primo piano. La spiaggia di zucchero bianco è a pochi passi oltre l'ampia piscina.

    Internet wireless gratuita è disponibile in tutto. C'è un letto king size e il divano letto nella zona di seduta fornisce ulteriore spazio per dormire se necessario. Il muro di finestre mostra l'ampio patio e gli splendidi dintorni. Bonus, lavatrice / asciugatrice sono nell'unità. Ci sono 2 sedie a sdraio e ombrellone nell'unità per il vostro uso.

The room was very clean. The kitchen was lacking in cooking utensils. If someone was staying a decent amount of time and wanted to cook some meals, it’d be tricky. A few fans would help with airflow, since the windows don’t open and the door has no screen.

This property was amazing to stay at! We had such an amazing time. The place was clean, and well taken care of. You’re just a 3 minute walk to the beach if even that. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! The host was also so easy to communicate with, quick responses to any questions. I can’t wait to see you his place when all renovations are done!

Our stay was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon this weekend! Rooms were very nice & clean with easy check in. The only part I that didn’t reach my expectations was the view. I paid for a beach view and they didn’t tell me there was construction during my stay. My balcony was blocked off & workers walking around so I didn’t get to use my balcony but overall it was a great stay. Will be booking again next time we come!!

Short vcay

We had a great time, the unit was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Pool was wonderful. The beach is a bit crowded in July, but to be expected. Would definitely recommend this property. We love that it was easy access on the first floor, was just right for two friends.

Wonderful stay!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect little place!

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

Perfect fit for families

We have stayed in similar condos in the past but Usually up high. Staying on the ground floor was a change. It was so easy to get to the private beach. Especially with a family. Bette was very helpful and accommodating. Most importantly Miramar is a great low key beach. Destin is way to busy and reminds me of a carnival town. Plus. Seaside and Ally beach is only a few miles away on 30 a

a few delayed maintenance items...shower drips constantly, floors were buckled in bathroom. seating on outside (they need to have lounge chairs) the chairs they have are extremely uncomfortable, not enough pillows on bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here on business with my husband. I thought the property location was great and price was on point. This bottom floor corner unit walks out to an active "pet relief area", which can be very active. I am sure someone will complain but it didn't bother us. There was construction on the property when we went, again, didn't bother us but it created a lot of walk traffic for workers. Someone won't like that I am sure. Otherwise, the room was perfectly fine. Private parking, firm bed, great shower, full size kitchen, and plenty of towels for two. Complaining about anything in this unit would simply be nitpicking about stupid things. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING Property and Service - Thank You Ms. Bette!

The property is in a great location right on the beach. It's easy to get small children back and forth to the beach and condo as needed. The Tram service was a nice bonus to get my little family around the area, and my small kids loved riding the "bus." Dispatch for the Tram took the time to help us find a pickup location, and they even called back to make sure we were able to board without issue. The drivers were all so friendly and helpful with recommendations on activities and restaurants that my young family would enjoy. The condo itself and pool were clean and the pool not overcrowded. Even with the current construction going on, it did not hinder us from having an amazing experience. We didn't hear any construction noise or neighbors, and the only part of the condo we lost access to was the patio area, which we honestly didn't miss. Parking was super close as well, which again made for an easy trip with children. The icing on the cake though was Ms. Bette. I'm sure I messaged her a dozen times before and during our trip just to ask questions. She was always very responsive and helpful each time. She made us feel welcomed and a priority to her. I would ABSOLUTELY want to book with Ms. Bette in the future. I would feel confident that she would make sure that my family was in a clean, friendly, and safe area, and if I needed her, I know she's only 1 call away. Thank you again Ms. Bette for an amazing vacation ❤.
