This single story home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 people. The property also includes a 4-seat golf cart so you can cruise the area in comfort and style!

Upon entering the foyer, you will find the home to be bright and welcoming. It is decorated in soft coastal décor and solid surface flooring runs throughout the home. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and white cabinetry. It is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare the group’s favorite meals. Both the rustic dining table and bar area offer plenty of seating options, so everyone can dine together!

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a king guest bedroom as well as a bunk room that includes twin over twin beds. The second bathroom features a vanity and tub/shower combo. The queen sleeper sofa in the living area can be used to sleep additional guests.

The screened back porch and oversized brick patio provide a space for quiet moments as you start the morning or end the day. There are multiple seating options for everyone to gather and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. When you are ready to go exploring, hop on the golf cart that is included with the property and cruise over to one of the resort pools or head over to the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.
