    Questa spaziosa residenza cittadina è stata rinnovata con una miscela di grigi caldi e tonalità neutre pronte a rendere la transizione alla vita di resort comoda e facile. Il primo piano ospita la cucina, soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno è arredato con mobili pronti a mettere i piedi. C'è un'area di seduta bonus che funge anche da piccolo ufficio. Cammina attraverso le zone giorno e le grandi porte scorrevoli verso un ponte posteriore che si affaccia sul lago e verso la baia di Choctawhatchee e il porto turistico di Baytowne. Questo sarà il posto perfetto per un "grill and chill"!

    Il primo piano ospita la camera da letto principale e la prima camera da letto degli ospiti. Entrambi hanno bagni privati e sono molto spaziosi. La camera da letto principale ha tende oscuranti per quelle mattine quando è necessario posticipare qualche minuto in più.

    Il secondo piano ospita le due camere da letto degli ospiti supplementari. Guest Camera 3 ha un letto matrimoniale e doppi armadi. Camera degli ospiti 4 ha un letto matrimoniale e un salotto aggiunto. Entrambi usano il bagno completo completamente aggiornato. Un sacco di spazio per tutti!

    Andiamo alle avventure della vacanza! Su Sandestin® Golf e Beach i servizi del resort sono abbondanti e con il tuo carrello da golf complementare, le opzioni sono quasi infinite! Zip tra la spiaggia e la piscina della comunità - qualunque orario ti piaccia! Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked, My only suggestion would be to have a 6 person golf cart. And a general handy book/map of the area in the unit.

Spring break getaway

This place is exactly as listed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to get around the large resort. We took advantage of the heated pool which was nice for us adults who wouldn't get in the ocean because it was chilly.

Great house for a get a way!!!

The house was very clean with plenty of room! There's a nice deck in the back that goes over the pond if you're into fishing. We caught some nice sized bass during our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

Girls Get Away

Quiet and relaxing, but close to restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean. Management is quick to respond if you have questions. Would recommend considering this rental.

Great stay in SanDestin!

The property was very clean and well stocked for cooking in. We loved the dock where we could have our coffee in the mornings or spend time fishing! The golf cart was a must-have in SanDestin! We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that would have been even better for our stay is if a couple of bikes were provided. Our friends stayed a few units over and had two bikes with their rental. We rode them frequently and enjoyed not having to rent bikes for the week. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return to this condo! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

The electricity was off up stairs, and they left instructions on cleaning the unit when we left amd we paid for those duties to be done in the package

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay on this resort every year with my family but this year was not my best year my son was stuck in the bathroom for over an hour and maintenance never showed I had to remove the door know & we had issues with the bathroom toilet. Also the back porch was full of spider webs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our ‘23 Christmas. Easily accommodated our family and friends, party of 7-8. Nice updates, with a few works-in-progress that didn’t bother us at all, made the stay even nicer. Great dock for wishful-fishing, plenty of room for visiting, playing card games, or just watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Overall we completely enjoyed this rental and the resort itself. Definitely worth looking in to if you are headed to Sandestin, FL.A few ideas for improvements: 1. a second 4 seater cart, especially with the house accommodating 8, would be a great addition.2. the freezer was a bit temperamental with defrosting and freezing back over...didn’t effect our food any this trip3. The resort map/accomodations that is posted inside the coffeecup cupboard is a bit small for older eyes to read, a larger one would be helpful.4. a few more larger pots/pans would make meal-prep easier. If you are a family that cooks be prepared to purchase your basic pantry staples but there are plenty of knives, cutting boards, etc

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the San Destin resort. The location to the beach is great. The patio overlooks a pond and has pretty sunsets. The house itself was not very clean and the furniture could be better and cleaner. The grill is temperamental, it worked OK the first night, but still had a hard time getting all the burners to light and the third night could only get one of the burners to light. Love the area, but would choose a different house that is aesthetically prettier, and hopefully cleaner.

This home is the perfect getaway, especially for two families. The accomodations were perfect!

We really enjoyed the property. It's the perfect getaway place and it has everything we needed. Also, the maintenance team was great. Had issue with sink and the fixed it right away. Perfect location as well! This is my 2nd stay at the Sandestin Resort and I can't wait for the next visit!

Property was nice and cozy...didn't know it was located in a resort...love the gated entrance, feel very safe...the golf cart was very convenient to ride around the resort or to the beach...our party had a blast and will probably be coming back ...

Nice House

The house is nice, and the Sandestin area has a lot to offer. Rating of a 3 for these reasons: * Had to call day of my arrival after check in time to get check in instructions. * We only had a working golf cart approximately 2 days of our entire vacation. Golf cart is a game changer for transportation to and from beach and in neighborhood. * House is nice, just could have been cleaned a little better, and maybe there should be a few cleaning supplies left there- especially with a glass top kitchen table. Location is nice with the pond and dock in the back yard. We had a great vacation despite the minor hiccups.

Beautiful view

Tranquil and relaxing home to unwind from hectic life. Minus some maintenance quirks it was like a home away from home. Would go back again for sure!
