Beach Access and Beach Days
Maravilla 4303 sits directly across the street from Maravilla's private, 2.5-acre gated beach, the largest private beach in the area, reached by a deeded private beach access entry point. The sand is steps away, just across Scenic Gulf Drive. There is ramp access to the beach within the Maravilla community.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 approved dogs are welcome with prior approval, up to 30 lbs each, or one dog up to 60 lbs. If you are unsure whether your pet qualifies, please confirm with Coastline before booking. Pets stay free, there is no pet fee. All pets must be added to your reservation and approved in advance, and a signed rental agreement acknowledging the pet policy is required before check-in. Include breed and weight at booking. Your pet stays free because you disclosed them. Undisclosed pets may result in immediate eviction without refund, and the guest remains responsible for any cleaning or remediation costs. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Per Walton County ordinance, dogs are not permitted on the beach. This policy does not apply to ADA-recognized service animals.

Maravilla is a gated, walkable community along Scenic Gulf Drive, with a boardwalk on the Gulf side and wide sidewalks throughout.

Required Booking and Stay Policies

. Minimum Age Requirement Primary guest must be 25 years or older and remain on site for the duration of the stay. Valid ID may be required. Reservations under false pretenses may be canceled without refund.

. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on site unless approved. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in fines or removal without refund.

. Rental Agreement Required A signed Coastline Collections rental agreement is required after booking. Arrival details and access instructions are released only after completion.

. No Parties or Events Strictly prohibited. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

. No Smoking or Vaping Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violations will result in cleaning charges and additional fees.

. Quiet Hours Walton County noise ordinance is enforced from 10 PM to 6 AM, with fines up to $500.

. Community Rules Guests must comply with all HOA and community rules.

. Security Devices Tampering with safety or security equipment is prohibited and subject to charges.

. Cancellations and Refunds Governed by the booking platform cancellation policy.

. Rates and Pricing Subject to change until reservation is confirmed.

. Travel Insurance Strongly recommended.

. Technology and Connectivity WiFi provided. Guests should bring backup if uninterrupted service is required.

. Parking and Community Access Parking is first come, first served with permit required. Standard passenger vehicles only. Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces only.

. Seasonal Extended Stays From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st of the month arrival and 1st of the month departure date.

. Extended Stay Cleaning Fees Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee. Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee. These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Additional charges may be assessed based on vendor invoices, remediation requirements, or repair costs. Coastline reserves the right to pursue reimbursement beyond platform limits when supported by documentation.

. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Collections reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

. Shipping and Deliveries Coastline does not have access to residential mailboxes. If you choose to receive packages during your stay, please arrange delivery to a carrier pickup location.

. Lost and Found Items left behind after checkout are not guaranteed to be found or returned.

. Safety and Security Certain properties may be equipped with safety and security devices such as monitored systems or exterior cameras. No interior spaces are monitored.
