Right where you want to be! "French Haven" is a 2 bed, 2 bath, 2nd floor condo right on the main pedway of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Walk down the back stairs to the courtyard, and head out to fun in any direction. No need for a car or golf cart as you will be within walking distance of all the action and entertainment, and just a free tram-ride away from the beach and additional shopping and dining. There's even a gym, pool, and hot tub just steps away. Sleeps 4-6.

You will love "French Haven!" The unique brick and wood flooring, along with the artwork on every wall, really gives you that jazzy New Orleans feel, and the music streaming in from "Rum Runners" and other neighborhood haunts will make you feel like you're truly on Bourbon Street! This child-friendly condo is right in the heart of Baytowne Wharf with room to sleep 4-6 (ideally 4 adults OR 2 adults and 2-4 kids). Enjoy the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of Baytowne Wharf right below your feet. This is where it's all at - you won't need a car to get anywhere you'll want to be. The owners have purchased tram passes for their guests, so just head to the main pickup at Baytowne (a 2 minute walk) and you're on your way to the beach, Grand Boulevard, tennis, golf, and the marina.

There is a king-sized bed in the main floor master bedroom, with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual showerheads. The master suite is incredibly spacious with a large walk-in closet, a mounted smart TV, and lots of privacy. There is a ceiling fan for added air circulation and multiple canned lights to make the space cheery and bright!

The guest room has a full-over-full bunkbed (with steps) with a full bathroom attached. The walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom is gorgeous! Like the master bedroom, this room is filled with light from recessed lighting and a nice-sized window. This is not a dark and closed-in bunkroom! The décor is just delightful and makes guests feel at home with their own private smart TV.

The living room has a large sofa and oversized chair for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room and both bedrooms each have mounted smart TVs - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip (cable is also included on each TV). There is plenty of room for everyone to settle in at "French Haven."

This privately-owned home has an amazing kitchen featuring granite countertops, granite and stainless steel backsplashes, and outstanding GE Monogram stainless-steel appliances. Yes - that is a gas cooktop you see! The kitchen is fully equipped (full-sized Sub-Zero refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers!) for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee maker is available along with a traditional coffee maker. The kitchen has dining space for 4 at the raised counter, and access to the second full bathroom is off the kitchen.

There is a full-size washer and dryer off the main entry hall with detergent provided. It's nice having the laundry separate from the main living space!

The balcony at "French Haven" is the star of this property! Enjoy dining "al fresco" as you watch people enjoying their time at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The nights with live music can be enjoyed right from your own condo as well as the fireworks every Tuesday during summer!

We do allow pets at or under 25 pounds to stay as long as the pet is listed on the reservation and the pet fee is paid. If your pet is over 25 pounds, please reach out before booking.

"French Haven" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside amongst golf courses, the conference centers, the Marina, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to tram, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the back door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment!

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their friends and family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including a full-sized washer and dryer in the home, smart TVs, coffee makers, bathroom amenities, laundry detergent, a pack-n-play (please bring your own sheet) and booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
