Maravilla è una destinazione top golfo di fronte si trova nella zona di Destin con 2. 5 acri di spiaggia privata ed è ben noto per la sua atmosfera familiare e comfort. Il nostro / 2 bagno appartamento con 2 camere da letto si trova al piano terra del palazzo # 3 a fianco del viale di accesso, di fronte ovest, con un patio esterno, sia la zona soggiorno e camera da letto principale da cui è possibile vedere il Golfo. Siete a pochi passi per il passaggio pedonale segnalato e illuminato alla nostra, gated ingresso spiaggia privata. C'è una passerella sul lato della spiaggia di Golfo Scenic Drive e sentiero lastricato sul lato condominio per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. Il servizio in spiaggia (4 sedie e 2 ombrelloni) è incluso nel noleggio da metà marzo a ottobre.

Questa unità ha pavimenti in piastrelle in moderno stile woodgrain in tutto. Per il vostro comfort, entrambe le camere contengono materassi king-size di alta qualità. Entrambe le camere hanno anche TV. Il bagno principale comprende una cabina doccia con porte in vetro. Il secondo bagno è accessibile dal corridoio principale o dalla seconda camera da letto e include una vasca e una doccia combinate.

La cucina è completa di tutte le vostre cose di base tra cui una macchina da caffè Keurig! C'è un tavolo da pranzo con sei posti a sedere e un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno. La nostra zona giorno ha una TV a schermo piatto da 47 'e un lettore DVD per quando decidi di entrare dalla spiaggia! Internet wireless ad alta velocità è inclusa - gratis - e TV via cavo di base.

La lavanderia interna è dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice Samsung a caricamento frontale full-size. Forniamo anche un ferro da stiro con asse da stiro. E, un sacco di giochi da spiaggia per i bambini.

The condo was roomy and very clean. Only a short walk to beach. Easy walk to Pomano Joes and Captain Dave’s. Great location… we always stay in Mimimar Beach area!

Short walk to the beach, quiet and very clean.

My friends and I very much enjoyed the condo. It was immaculate had all the accommodations that we look for. Very quiet and family friendly.Definitely will come back and hope to stay at your condo.

Love the first level and being able to walk right out the back door and out to the beach which is just a short walk away! Very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back for a third time and more!

Piece of paradise

Richard and Lisa are amazing. Their condo is pretty, very clean, neat and has much more than we could need. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the pristine and private beach. The beach service with two sets of chair and umbrella were already set for us every morning before our arrival to the beach. The beddings and the towels are 5-star hotel quality. There were cleaning and laundry products. The condo amenities are gorgeous and very well taken care. We had a wonderful time there and will be back for sure!

Ideal

This property was perfect! This ground floor condo was amazing! My son, who has not been walking very long, wanted to walk outside every morning. With our location we were able to walk out on the patio and go straight to the beach every morning for the sun rise. It was great to walk to the beach everyday, any time of day. The condo was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was close enough to restaurants that we didn’t feel like we were constantly in the car. We would stay here again any time we want to go to the beach!

Fantastic, Clean, Updated

You rent a place, you rent a good place, then you rent a GREAT place, which is this one! The condo was clean when we got there. Not the gritty sandy beach clean that we have had in the past. A true clean. Floor, counters, showers, bath, bedrooms, all of it! It has been updated and has been done nicely. I can't think of a single disappointment. The mattresses were comfortable. I wasn't sleeping in an indentation for a week, nothing too firm or too soft, Perfect. The private beach is across the street and is gated. A 2 minute walk. No riff raff, no tent/canopy people to block your view. The beach attendants are great too. My only fuss with the beach was waiting in a line in the morning to get your chairs/umbrellas for the day. The beach attendants check you in, take you to some chairs and umbrellas and those are yours for the day. There were extras: 2 regular chairs to bring out to the beach, there were kids beach toys in the closet, and some grilling accessories. When we come back to Destin in a couple years, I'll definitely be booking here again.

This was our favorite condo in Miramar!

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Miramar/Destin! We have stayed in Miramar 4 times and this was the best condo we have stayed in to date. Beautifully renovated unit with everything anyone would need for a beach vacation! Very convenient 1st floor location with short walk to beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas included was an added bonus! Owners were very helpful and responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay in this unit again! 5 stars! Thanks again!

Excellent getaway

This condo was clean, updated, fully stocked, conveniently close to the beach and activities, and the property managers were good at communicating quickly to questions or concerns. We actually ended up staying in the condo more than expected due to rain on our vacation, but luckily, there were board games, cards, and wi-fi to entertain us through the showers. I loved the maravilla complex, which had private beach access, pools, hot tub, grills, basketball, and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

I was so impressed with our stay at Rich’s place! The condo is up to date, the beds are comfortable, you have everything you need at your finger tips, and location to the beach is perfect! We loved that this condo was on ground level and steps away from the beach! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back another time!

Fantastic!!

This place was awesome! We came with our 2 kids, (5 & 11). There was plenty of sand toys for the little one and the condo was a close walk to the beach every day. The beach chairs and umbrellas made it possible to spend as much time on the beach as we could. The condo was equipped with everything you could want. Great communication with the owner during the potential tropical storm. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect condo for a family getaway!

My family and I recently had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was wonderful! It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable week at the beach. Love the fact that the beach umbrella rental is included. 1st floor location was very convenient for the short walk to the beach. Owners were nice and responsive. Great overall experience. Family vacation

Highly recommend this property. The condo has been updated nicely (which is not the case for all condos in this complex) and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The mattress in the master bedroom was super comfortable. We eat the majority of our meals in-The kitchen is neatly stocked with the basics for meal prep and serving. We had plenty of seating for meals even when another family joined us for dinner. It has great beach access. We have stayed in this area before and like the ground floor patio for access out and enjoying food and drinks outside- nice outdoor patio furniture for eating and sitting. I would recommend the unit and stay here again
