Welcome to WhimSea Retreat—a charming bayside villa nestled in the family-friendly Linkside community. This delightfully colorful getaway features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Unwind in the cozy den that opens to a front patio, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Out back, the spacious deck sits right over the water, offering a serene setting to relax, read, or feed the ducks at sunset—an entertainer’s dream.

Inside, the master bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the guest room features two twin beds, connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, featuring a jetted tub and steam shower. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up delicious meals for the whole family. Whether you're here for rest or recreation, WhimSea Retreat is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy and burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground, test your courage at the Gulf Coast's only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze, or the Boondocks Arcade.

Be sure to check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf -- a beautiful 28-acre waterfront town center with a collection of unique shops, charming eateries, lively nightclubs, and year-round special events. Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. Plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground and test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze, or the Boondocks Arcade. Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes, and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, a toy store, a general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Summer in Sandestin

Overall nice property. It would be nice to have tv remote instructions on site..3 remotes to use and which one for channel change , volume control? Etc. Also location of lockbox for key is not readily visible at night. Perhaps intentional.
