Siamo nella "A building" - vicino al parcheggio coperto con accesso al cavalcavia al 3 ° piano dell'edificio. Questo spazioso condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni ha viste mozzafiato sul Golfo, elettrodomestici aggiornati e 6 posti letto. Decorata in rilassanti colori di design con un'atmosfera costiera, la camera da letto ha un comodo letto king size, grande TV a schermo piatto e bagno privato con doccia / vasca; due letti a castello in un alcova del corridoio e cucina a pianta aperta completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo e soggiorno con un divano letto queen

Seascape Resort è sulla spiaggia di Miramar ed è un posto molto amichevole. Amerai il vicino da ristoranti e dalla spiaggia.

Si consiglia una macchina. Avrai bisogno di acquistare generi alimentari se vuoi cucinare nell'unità, anche molti posti da visitare a Destin. Per visitare vicino ristoranti e la spiaggia tuttavia non è necessario alcun trasporto. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi.

The unit Bed Room is right next to the elevator shaft and the noisy is constant. The View of the Gulf is amazing and made it worth the stay. Also, its not an adult property, kids were rampant during my stay.

We were in town for a weekend concert.

The facility is beautiful, easy access to probably the nicest beach I have ever been on. Restaurants were close as were beach activities and chair and umbrella rentals. All of the units in the Majestic Sun have beautiful views of the Gulf.

The property was a great location with 2 restaurants very close and on the beach. it had everything we needed (you only need to bring groceries). The only thing is that the door code was complicated (12 digits) but some would say that is good for security. Indoor and outdoor pools were noce. 8 out of 10 for cleanliness. 10th floor provides a stunning view.

Was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and right down the road from shopping. Room has the perfect view and was more than accommodating. Would definitely stay there our next time in Destin.

This property was everything it was promised to be. Wonderful view, excellent condo furnishings and artwork, absolute attention to detail and communication by Tufan. Highly recommend and will definitely be renting from him again. Only additional tip I would have is to let folks know where the turn in is for parking if you get there early (turn at the guard building on seascape blvd to park in the garage behind the majestic A building).

Communication with the owner was great! They provided a lot of information about the area and condo. The view from the condo was great! We saw dolphins from our balcony everyday. The pools and hot tubs were great for the kids and loved that restaurants were in walking distance.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location!

Tufan did an excellent job with communication. We had an issue with the washer and he had someone come out quickly to repair it. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the condo was in the perfect location.

Relaxing getaway ! Perfect for a couple!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had everything we needed. The view was great from the balcony and it was very easy to get to/from the beach. The unit is close to the elevator so we did hear some noise occasionally, but overall it didn't bother us. It was perfect for the two of us and we would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Property

My wife, 3 children ages 13 (twins) and 11, and I recently made a last minute decision to go to the beach for one last summer getaway. We have been staying on 30A for more than 25 years, but could not have been happier with this property. Everything was exactly as described. All necessities were provided and them some. The umbrella, chairs and beach buggy for transport were great and saved us some additional cash. I had zero problem finding a spot to set up on the beach even though most days we slept in until 9-10 am. There also were two inflatables for riding the gulf waves. The air pumps at 3 different gas stations were out of order, but one of the t-shirt shops offered to inflate the float free of charge IF I agreed to return when it was time to purchase souvenirs...done and done! Most of our meals were prepared in the condominium. The kitchen was outfitted with everything including measuring cups. If you plan on opening a bottle of wine, please bring a wine opener. The owner may or may not drink alcohol, therefore I do not expect him to provide one. We borrowed one from a kind neighbor. For meals out we can recommend the Surf Hut located approximately 1/2 mile from the property. The food is pretty standard with a great area for a couple of games of corn hole while you wait...you will wait. We also made the drive to the Local Catch Bar and Grill off 30A. We walked right in without a wait, met the very kind and accommodating owner, overlooked the fact he was a UA graduate (War Eagle!) and enjoyed a great meal. Fish, shrimp and kid’s chicken fingers were fantastic. Definitely visit this restaurant! Thanks to the owner for sharing his property, maintaining high standards for upkeep and cleanliness and for prompt communication. Fantastic Stay!

That view!!!

There are lots of good reasons to stay in this condo, but that VIEW! It makes it all worth it. Tufan was very communicative. We didn't really have any questions because he provided us with all the information we needed up front. The condo was a great fit for our family of 4. We were very comfortable. The patio furniture needs updating but the rest of the space was exactly as pictured. We would totally stay here again!!

The owner was great to work with and very responsive to any texts or email. Condo was very nice with a great view!!! Only suggestion would be to upgrade to a full size coffee pot for those of us that love our coffee. Will definitely stay there again when returning to Destin!!!
