Majestic Sun 811B is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental that can accommodate up to six coastal travelers.

The open floorplan includes a living area that opens directly onto a furnished, beachfront balcony. From here, guests may enjoy coastal breezes and expansive Gulf views. Back inside, an armchair and couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa face an entertainment center and the beach. The room is made to feel even bigger with floor-to-ceiling mirrors. A dining table that seats four sits between the living room and open kitchen, which includes a bar with additional seating.

The master suite includes a king-size bed, private en-suite bath, and direct access to the balcony. The guest room features a queen-size bed and access to the full hall bath.
Besides providing a great living space and sleeping quarters, a stay at the Majestic Sun has additional perks. An indoor/outdoor pool makes it easy to enjoy a freshwater dip in both the warm and cold months. The sundeck looks out over the pristine beach and provides access to multiple hot tubs. A boardwalk across the street serves as immediate beach access. There is also an on-site fitness center.

Nearby conveniences make this a prime vacation location. As an Ocean Reef guest, you will receive discounted rates at the nearby Seascape to play golf or tennis. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, a discount designer outlet, is a great place to get your shopping fix. *Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
