Finiture di qualità e splendide viste sul golfo da entrambi i lati di questo angolo del condominio per le vacanze. Il nostro condominio è stato recentemente ristrutturato con molte finiture di pregio che non è possibile trovare in altri affitti. Come bonus aggiuntivo, un posto auto riservato è incluso in ogni soggiorno nel garage del proprietario del cancello a livello del cancello di Majestic Sun!

Le caratteristiche aggiornate includono mobili da cucina e bagno in legno su misura, ripiani in granito, pavimenti in gres porcellanato in tutto (non un punto di moquette da parete a parete ovunque!), rifiniture personalizzate, elettrodomestici inox, aria condizionata recentemente sostituita, lussuoso materasso king memory gel da 14 "nella camera matrimoniale. illuminazione su misura in tutto il dimmer, grande 65 pollici a schermo piatto nel soggiorno, 51 pollici; a schermo piatto in camera matrimoniale e televisori a schermo piatto in camera da letto due e tre. Il nostro condominio dispone di due camere da letto king suite con bagno privato e una camera da letto a castello con un letto matrimoniale.

Majestic Sun è uno dei soli due proprietà Resort Destin da offrire e piscina interna riscaldata che le transizioni di una piscina all'aperto con cascata e vasche idromassaggio. Majestic Sun si trova all'interno del resort gated di Seascape. Seascape Resort offre ai nostri ospiti molti altri servizi a pagamento per l'uso, compreso il servizio giornaliero di spiaggia, golf resort, centro divertimenti e zip line, punti ristoro, campi da tennis in terra battuta, noleggio bici e scooter, parasailing, noleggio sci d'acqua e paddle board. Tutti i servizi menzionati di Seascape Resort sono raggiungibili a piedi dal nostro appartamento, ma nessuno di questi servizi è incluso nei nostri prezzi di noleggio, si applicano costi aggiuntivi per l'uso.

The views from the balcony were incredible. The living area was spacious, the sectional couch comfortable. The kitchen and laundry were great, and we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had a very nice, comfortable stay!

Excellent Stay at Miramar

Listing was accurate we had a good time even if the weather didn't entirely cooperate. A great balcony view of the ocean even was able to see some whales! Which was great when the weather wasn't the best to be able to sit and watch the ocean. Nice central location.

Best View on old 98!

Definitely surpassed expectations. We've not stayed in Miramar during the 4th of July, but it is now maybe our top time to come. The fireworks on the beach seen from 701's balcony is something youve just got to experience! Thanks for allowing us use of your home, and we would definitely rent again!

Majestic Sun is Number One

We stayed here with 3 adults and 2 kids age 13 and 9. The accommodation was perfect for us. Great proximity to the beach and anything else you need. The 180 degree views of the gulf were amazing to wake up to each day. Mike was a great communicator and even took time to walk me through a minor technology issue. Five stars out of five for sure!

The owners are wonderful at communicating, the view is amazing and the condo is as pictured. Very spacious. The resort is Not at handicapped accessible, neither is the walk to the beach but it’s a very short walk. The check in process would have got 5 stars as far as the owners are concerned but resort staff were not so friendly and didn’t want to give the temporary parking pass we needed until we got checked in and got the actual passes from the room, we also needed two passes and only 1 was in the room and the five star service person was an issue as well. We would stay again

Miramar Beach stay

The condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need to cook/eat in the kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable, the interior was very eye appealing and the owner was extremely helpful and kind. There were a few issues that had nothing to do with the condo we stayed in. It was fantastic! There was sone confusion with knowing which entrance based on Apple/Google Maps when we first arrived as there was a small sign for the actual condo and the address didn’t line up with the entrance on maps. The balcony was nice because you got a beachfront view but since the beach was across the street, there was a lot of traffic noise. You have to walk across a street to get to the beach. The motorists are always very accommodating so there’s very little issue with crossing the street, it’s just getting across a street to the beach is a little inconvenient. There’s no ramp for wagons. and the same beach is used for all the surrounding condos which made for a crowded beach. The beach was beautiful but it was difficult to get a water front spot without paying for a chair/umbrella rental. The chair rental businesses occupied the majority of the waterfront part of the beach. All these issues were minor inconveniences but I would’ve liked to know some of these things. I would definitely recommend the condo itself! My teenage kids loved it and it was a perfect spot for 2 teenagers, parents and our aunt. Having 3 full bathrooms which connected to a bedroom was a very nice touch!

Great place to stay.

This property was great for our family and friends vacation. I’ve stayed at the Majestic Sun almost 10 times and this is one of the nicest condos I’ve had. The owner was helpful and informative. The room was comfortable and clean. We will book again.

Beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Miramar Beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and is situated in a terrific area. I particularly liked that it’s a corner unit, so in addition to oceanfront views from the living and bedroom balcony, you also get a side view from the two living room areas. The owner Mike was extremely easy to work with, very conscientious and attentive to any and all needs. I spoke with Mike on the phone and he provided us with restaurant recommendations, as well as other helpful suggestions and information for us to use during our stay. I was impressed on how Mike provided us all the necessary information for an easy and simple check in and checkout. The condo was within walking distance of the Whale Tales restaurant, which we enjoyed. Other nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Pompano Joes and the Surf Hut. From the balcony we were able to watch pods of dolphins and stingrays. I also suggest taking a few mile drive west to the Destin (Harbor) Village. Lots of great shops, a few restaurants and a quiet beach where eye water is very calm and the area is very nice. We booked a snorkeling/ SNUBA trip through Destin Snorkel. They took us to a cove adjacent to the harbor where we saw thousands of fish and sea turtles. We learned how to get back to thar same area and returned for more snorkeling the next day. This was our first trip to Destin and I had always heard about the beautiful emerald green waters. It’s not an exaggeration, it’s spectacular. Thanks again Mike!!

Perfect vacation spot

We had a great stay, the condo had everything we could need for the week (with the exception of a full length mirror for us ladies who like to see our full outfit!). Michael was super communicative and easy to work with. The location is great and the beach is beautiful! Ready to go back!

Perfect condo location

The condo was located across the street from the beach and a very short walk to the pool. The owner was wonderful to work with … very organized and communicative. The condo was very clean, roomy and had everything needed if you decide to cook and have meals at the condo. We especially liked that there were 3 full baths so everyone could get ready at the same time. You won’t be sorry if you rent this condo.

Fantastic Stay!

This is our second stay at Majestic Sun (first in this unit). The owner was incredibly organized and easy to communicate with. Everything was clean and the condo was exactly as described. We loved the corner unit with extra windows. The indoor/outdoor pool was heated and very comfortable during the 60-68 degree days.

Condo is great... property is meh...

Condo is as advertised, and the manager/owner is great to work with. The view is spectacular, and the condo is well appointed and clean. I heard the 2nd and third bedroom beds were not comfortable as they felt like they were folding up on you. The primary bed room bed was very comfortable. Lots of storage for beach stuff in the laundry room, and plenty of storage in the rooms and bathrooms. The property needs a ramp to the beach as it is very hard to haul your beach stuff up and down the stairs. They allow canopies on the beach and there were some that never moved all week from the front row. We did confirm that they left them there over night. This blocks the breeze and view from other beach goers. Parking in garage across the way is better than reserved spot under building, and convenient from 3rd floor walk way. The spot under the building is too tight for an SUV or Van. The chairs available for rent on property do not recline all the way. The pool was very small, cloudy and packed every time we went. It is in the shade after 4PM. We did not try the other pools on Seascape. The beach was amazing, the water was warm and clear. We will be back to Destin, and I am not sure if Majestic Sun is the kind of place we want to stay again. The A701 Condo is perfect- the "resort" was not our vibe.
