-Beach Service Included with Rental-Umbrella and 2 Chairs from Mid March to Oct 31st.
-Short Walk to beach. It takes me 7 min.
-There is a wash area with hose on the right side of the garage to remove any sand from yourselves or accessories taken to the beach.
-Patio with Table and Chairs.
-Rear paved patio with a table for outdoor dining with 4 chairs and the bench and new gas grill.
-Amenities of a resort- tennis, basketball, fitness facility, 2 pools (one seasonally heated and hot tub), Jacuzzi, BBQ and shuffleboard.
-Garage can be used for storage only. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE GARAGE.
-For your convenience, a welcome kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (2), and laundry pods (2) is provided to allow you to relax before stocking additional supplies needed for your stay. Since personal preferences vary greatly on toiletries, please bring your own shower soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, sunscreen, and beach towels.

And Now the RULES. WARNING: Rules are strictly enforced.

The rules are to ensure the privacy of the guests and to be in compliance with the HOA guidelines. It is essential to respect the neighborhood. Failure of any guest to follow the house rules or the rental agreement or the rules stated here are subject to eviction.

All guests must be 25 years of age or older to stay in the property (This does not apply to children accompanied by their parents).

As a condition of your reservation, indicate who are the members of your group (with age) and the reason for your visit.

Under no circumstances shall guests reside at the property that are not on the approved guests list unless written approval has been given..

ABSOLUTELY - No Smoking or Vaping is allowed inside house or garage. If smoking outside - do not litter, make sure cigarette is completely out before disposing. DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground or pine needles. Very flammable!

ABSOLUTELY - No parking in the garage, on the street, grass right-of-way, yard or across the driveway apron or the side walk. Violators are subject to being fined and their vehicle towed from the premises.

Parking is allowed on the driveway or in the main parking lot by the condos. You are provided with 2 parking passes for free parking anywhere in Maravilla Resort. Please leave passes in the cottage before checking out.

ABSOLUTELY - NO boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, buses, rented golf carts, 2-3 wheel scooters, mo-peds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards are allowed.

This property is equipped with outside security cameras and is patrolled by security for the safe enjoyment of everyone.
