Community Information

Emerald Shores offers guests access to a private beach cabana and a seasonal beach tram for convenient transportation to and from the beach.

Beach Tram Schedule

• Season: May 16 – August 9
• Hours: Daily from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Guests wishing to use the private beach access must purchase beach wristbands for $30, available at the beach access. Parking passes are provided at no additional charge.
Street parking is strictly prohibited within Emerald Shores. Please park only in your designated driveway or approved parking areas. Vehicles parked on the street may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Please note that all community rules, schedules, and fees are established by the Emerald Shores HOA and are subject to change without notice.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly property, allowing up to 2 pets per reservation.

A non-refundable UMB Vacations pet fee of $152.25 per pet is required and is separate from any HOA or community pet fees. Pet fees are collected through your Enso Connect Boarding Pass and must be paid before check-in instructions are released.

Emerald Shores permits pets weighing 45 lbs or less. The following breeds (including mixes) are not permitted within the community: Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds.
Guests are responsible for complying with all Emerald Shores HOA pet regulations, keeping pets leashed in common areas, cleaning up after their pets, and ensuring they do not disturb other guests or residents. All HOA rules and policies are subject to change without notice.

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
