• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (including children)

• No smoking, vaping, parties, drugs, or firearms permitted

• Exterior security cameras only (no indoor surveillance)

• Pets are not permitted on private or local beaches

Booking Requirements 📄

To comply with local regulations, guests must provide:
