During Your Stay: Helpful Notes
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask guests to keep the following in mind:
Respectful stays only. This home is designed for relaxed group getaways. Events or parties are not permitted, and the primary renter must be 25+.
Bikes. The bikes on-site belong to the homeowner and are not available for guest use. Local bike rentals are conveniently located nearby.
Towels. Please use the provided makeup towels and beach towels as intended. White bath towels are not suitable for makeup or outdoor use. Towels that are permanently stained or missing will incur a $20 replacement fee.
Smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or on patios. Any smoke odor (including cigarette or vaping residue) requires professional remediation and may result in a $1,000 charge. For the same reason, please avoid frying or cooking fish inside the home.
Pool safety. For everyone’s safety, glass is not allowed around the pool area. If glass enters the pool, professional draining and cleaning is required and will be billed accordingly.
Hot tub heating. Hot tub jets are always available. During warmer months, the heater remains off by default. If you’d like it turned on, just let us know so we can schedule service.
Payment notes. For reservations paid outside the platform by credit card, refunds do not include processing fees charged by the payment provider.

House Rules:
#1 No Parties or Large Events
This home is best suited for families and responsible groups. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Exterior cameras at the front entry monitor guest count. Exceeding the registered number of guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
#2 Minimum Age & On-Site Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and is required to remain on-site for the duration of the stay.
#3 Rental Agreement Required
A rental agreement must be reviewed and signed prior to arrival. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of the reservation.
#4 Local Guests
We reserve the right to decline reservations from local guests.
#5 Security Cameras
For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras only:

#6 Maximum Occupancy
City regulations limit occupancy to 9 guests. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
#7 Smoking and Illegal Drugs
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are not permitted inside the home. If smoking outdoors, please remain at least 15 feet from doors and windows. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoke or residue is detected indoors.
#8 Firearms Policy
Firearms left behind will incur a $250 retrieval fee for on-site pickup or may be collected through the local police department.
#9 Noise Ordinance
Local quiet hours are enforced from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. Noise violations may result in police involvement.
#10 Extended Stay
Cleaning
For stays of 20 days or more, a light cleaning is required every two weeks beginning after the first 10 days. This service includes dusting, linen changes, vacuuming, and surface cleaning and is charged at $100 per visit.
#11 Pets
No pets allowed.
#12 Commercial Use
Commercial use of the property or arranging third-party services without prior written approval is not permitted. Violations will result in a $750 penalty.
#13 Mail and Packages
Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property during your stay.
#14 Acceptance of Rules
