Huntington by the Sea is an exquisite mid-rise, Gulf-front property that can best be defined by two words, peace and relaxation. Set between a quiet pond and the soft, sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Emerald Coast, Huntington by the Sea beaches are never crowded. You will marvel at the views of the Gulf of Mexico from private balconies. Special amenities include a seasonally heated pool, beach gazebo, and on-site laundry facilities.

Beach service is included from May to October.
*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My friends and I love this property! We were very impressed with the maintenance lady at this property! She takes great care of everything! She is friendly and so helpful! We try to stay here every year!

Great location but condo could be better!

The property was great. The condo was a fantastic location and directly on the beach! However, it took the air 2 days to kick in so it was hot our entire stay and the beds were extremely hard. Honestly felt like sleeping on a tile floor. We were only there 2 nights so I managed but it was definitely uncomfortable! Besides those 2 problems, it was a great stay.

Loved the location - not the unit so much

Love the location and beachfront. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived so I called the number in my reservation email. They noted my concern and said they’d talk to onsite management. More than 24 hours later I still hadn’t heard from anyone and the condo was pretty warm seeing how it’s the middle of the summer. I called again and management apologized - they said the manager they reached out to was off for the day. No backup person was notified. Around 9:30pm a very nice tech came by to flush the AC line. Air conditioning was much cooler for about an hour but still wouldn’t cool the condo below 73*. Sounds cold but it wasn’t. No onsite management to talk to. Third party property management company said they would adjust my billing due to the issues but that hasn’t happened. Loved the smaller beach front for privacy. The guy running the beach chair set up was absolutely awesome!!

All pass codes were sent by email.....didn't have knowledge of it before hand....once in the unit was clean and well stocked....towels were a little rough (too many washes) Easy access to the beach where umbrellas were set up every morning.....small problem with toilet and was fixed quickly. Great location for shopping and restruants.

Great location and great condo!

Condo is right on the water. Great for kids as it’s on 2nd floor. Well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. The condo has grills and a beach chair and umbrella rental as part of the fee. Grocery store and outlet mall is walking distance. Overall we loved the experience!!
