    CUCCIOLO AMICHEVOLE!!! Godetevi il comfort di questo tre camere da letto, tre bagni unità di fine residenza cittadina situata sulla buca 15 del campo da golf Baytowne. Dal momento in cui si cammina attraverso la porta, saprete di aver fatto la scelta giusta per la vostra spiaggia e vacanza di golf!

    Trascorrere il vostro pranzo di tempo e divertenti dalla cucina e sala da pranzo, spaziose e comode zone di apertura al privato proiettato in veranda. E, rilassarsi nel comodo salotto con divano letto, divano e TV a schermo piatto.

    La camera da letto grande con letto matrimoniale dispone con un sacco di spazio armadio, e una vasca idromassaggio e cabina doccia nel bagno padronale adiacente. Famiglia e amici hanno un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e con due camere da letto e bagni supplementari.

    La lavatrice in casa e asciugatrice fanno gestire qualsiasi bucato un gioco da ragazzi. Situato in posizione strategica, questo condominio si trova a pochi passi alla piscina comunità e una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia.

Great Place To Stay!

Our Sandestin "home" was very clean and with comfortable beds. And the interior was bright and delightfully up-to-date. We enjoyed the screened porch also. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Destin area!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious.The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.

Overall experience was great. The place was sparkling clean for sure. The only think lacking was the dishes/pots. Limited supplies and condition unappealing and for cooking in -not the best, but adequate. Need a larger pot thank what you have - had to by my own. Other than that - great stay.

The condo was nice. Very spacious. It isn’t over the top - just a basic condo that serves purpose for a family vacation. Master bath was upgraded. Remaining bathrooms could use upgrade. Community pool was next door, but a bit dated. Condo does NOT include use of golf cart that is parked right outside the unit, which is a big negative. Bedding was nice - upgraded from photos in the Vrbo ad. Communication with manager was good. There were issues with appliances - dishwasher, dryer could be replaced. Keirug has to be replaced. Refrigerator was very nice. Beach closet was great - a nice, unexpected perk.

The condo is in a perfect location and is in pretty good overall condition. The furniture was nice too. We had a hiccup at check-in which was unfortunate and I believe the carpet in the MBR needs to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. We are renting the same unit next Mar, so I guess that’s the ultimate endorsement.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was reasonably clean but worn...parking was a nightmare. People in the above unit had 3 vehicles parked in and there was a vehicle parked that never moved. We could hear the people walking and mostly running late into the night. We forced ourselves to have a good time regardless of the many distractions. Many of the blinds did not work...

Many Issues

The property we booked did not have air conditioning so we moved here. The washing machine was broken which was a problem for a sick 18 month old. The golf cart left us stranded and we had to push it to a safe place. The electrical outlets were not working. The ice maker did not make much ice. I notified management about all of the problems. The response, “they were sorry “ Yes we were sorry as well.

Summer vacation June 25-30

Property as advertised. Pool was just across the street. Golf cart was the highlight of the trip. Unfortunately, the wheel bearing broke on our third day, but that is of no fault of the owners, just an unfortunate event that happens. We loved everything about the unit and the cart. We liked going to Baytowne Village and to the beach. The beach was extremely crowded the week we were there. However, the community closet was fully stocked with toys, chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use at the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this unit.

Nice Place

Nice neighborhood but further from the beach access than I thought. We cooked most nights. The kitchen could use some new pots. There was only 1 big pot with no lid & the 2 other smaller pots had lids that did not match. We then tried to use the crock pot as a larger pot but it was not working.

Amazing Vacation

This was a great stay in a nice clean home. We would return! (Check in is 4pm with no exception, there is a notice that states 3pm on the ad but 4pm is listed through out the post as well)
