  • La nostra bellissima Beach House è la scelta migliore per le tue vacanze con la famiglia amata (e / o gli amici). Posizione perfetta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Emerald Beach ea pochi minuti da negozi, ristoranti e tutto il necessario. Con 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni e la nostra sala giochi rinnovata c'è spazio più che sufficiente per 10 ospiti (+ culla), quindi non dovrai lasciare nessuno alle spalle!

    ** Possiamo ospitare grandi gruppi di oltre 70 ospiti per le vacanze estive, in case separate situate nello stesso complesso - #OhanaDestin Houses.

    Letti comodi e TV HD in tutte le camere!
    Cucina completamente attrezzata e tutti i comfort tecnologici di cui hai bisogno: Roku, Netflix, PlayStation (Fifa, NBA e altro), set da poker, soundbar e internet ad alta velocità. Inoltre, per tenere tutti occupati mentre lavori al Grill, abbiamo recentemente rinnovato la nostra casa al mare e aggiunto una grande sala giochi per bambini e adulti, tra cui Wii, Air-Hockey e Foosball!

    La nostra proprietà, compreso un intimo cortile, si trova all'interno di una comunità tranquilla in una strada senza uscita. Sentiti libero di fare un passo fuori dal nostro patio nella tranquilla piscina in comune o fare una breve passeggiata in spiaggia con tutto il necessario usando il nostro carrello da spiaggia!
    La culla può essere fornita su richiesta.

    Cucina: La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata, pronta a preparare deliziosi pasti con una grande sala da pranzo elegante e posti a sedere al bar per la colazione. Abbiamo anche incluso il frullatore per i tuoi frullati freschi.
    Camere e bagni: tutte le camere sono dotate di materassi di lusso, TV HD con Roku e Netflix integrati.

    La 1a camera da letto ("King") dispone di un letto king size con bagno Jack & Jill e vasca da bagno (pronta per 2 ospiti).

    La seconda camera da letto ("The Queens") ha un letto a castello queen-size con un bagno Jack & Jill e vasca da bagno (pronta per 2 persone).

    La 3a e ultima camera da letto (camera da letto principale) troverete una camera da letto principale con un letto king-size e un letto queen-size con letto a castello e un bagno privato completo (pronto per 4 persone e lettino per bambini disponibile e situato nel grande armadio principale).

    Soggiorno: goditi una serata in famiglia nel nostro ampio soggiorno con TV da 65 ”con Roku e soundbar per rendere l'esperienza del film ancora più piacevole! PS3 con una grande varietà di giochi, film e account Netflix, TUTTO incluso.

    Extra: abbiamo trasformato il nostro garage in un grande PLAYROOM per giovani e adulti (Xbox 360, tavolo da air hockey, calcio balilla, ecc.)! Super divertimento per tutta la famiglia! La camera è completamente climatizzata!

    Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono disponibili al 2 ° piano. Seggiolone è disponibile per i vostri totes.

    La casa è dotata di Internet ad alta velocità in modo che tutta la famiglia possa agganciare e godere di tutti i tuoi dispositivi.

    All'esterno: abbiamo un cortile intimo, proprio sul bordo della piscina comunitaria.

Tons of space, excellent location with a short walk to a gorgeous beach. It was so calm and quiet when we were there we often had beaches to ourselves. Great home for a dog, really comfortable beds and a great game room.

Beauty in all things

We felt completely at home here. Beds were comfy, all appliances worked well, WIFI was strong enough for two people to work FT and our doggo loved all the space. It’s so close to the beach and the beaches cannot be beat. Easy to walk to many stores and restaurants.

Great time in Destin

We stayed here for 2 weeks with kids. Very spacious house with plenty of room for a big family. Has everything you need for comfortable stay. The beach is within walking distance. Would definitely come back.

Excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable, plenty of amenities. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was a nice asset for the days the seaweed was overtaking us at the beach. The public beach access was only .46 miles away. There is a lovely walking/bike path. Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean, and the hosts provided excellent communication. We would stay here again.

Great location, clean and well maintained

We really appreciate the thought and effort that these owners put into their properties. This is our second year our family has rented at this location. We love the convenience and amenities nearby. The owners are super responsive and a great help. We’ll be back for sure.

Summer Trip

Not much from the outside but the inside is comfortable and its walking distance to the beach, which was a huge plus. They provided beach gear to save from renting and a wagon to get there. Gameroom was a fun place for the kids. King beds were super comfortable and an added bonus.

Great Getaway from Illinois!

The home was great for our Florida stay! Pool was steps away from back patio door! House was equipped with cart and beach toys and chairs! The kitchen was equipped to make meals! The walk to the beach was quick and short! Thank you for the great vacation rental!

Perfect spot!

We had a lovely stay at this property! We have three kids and it was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There were a ton of little extra touches that made things super convenient, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, a beach wagon to load our stuff in, a boogie board, and even a dog gate/baby gate. The game room was a wonderful addition! Also, great customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property. It had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large bunk beds for the kids and spacious living area. The pool was right outside the door and perfect for the kids. The house isn’t far from the beach. It was nice to not have to travel with an umbrella or beach toys. They provided plenty of things to entertain the kids and even the wagon to carry it all in. This place won’t disappoint you!

Great place to stay!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! It was within walking distance to the beach. The beach was absolutely beautiful! Jerry went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He checked in multiple times throughout our stay. The listing included an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. We met some of the full time residents who were very friendly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, comfortable, close to beach!

We had an awesome visit to Miramar and a great experience with this rental. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well provisioned, and close to the beach. Owners were very helpful and had great communication. Unit was clean and organized, everything worked as advertised (appliances, beach wagon, grill, Roku - we used it all!), and the pool was very nice. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach and it was nice to stay in a small community just off the beach that wasn't loud or crowded. Great trip!

1st time to Destin

Family of 7 + dog, we couldn't be happier with our selection. There was plenty of room for all of us plus more. From our arrival, the place was clean and very well taken care of. Walking distance to the beach and lots of options for dining, groceries, shopping, and entertainment all within a few minutes drive. I was a little worried about taking our pet but the area has 2 dog waste stations and took our pet on morning walks along Scenic Gulf Dr. Everything worked out. i would highly recommend this place for families with young teenagers plus pets.

Absolutely Perfect

The listing could not have been more accurate . Clean, clean, clean! This place was spotless when we arrived! The hosts were very quick to respond to any of our questions. 5 minute walk to the beach. Just too many good things to say about this place. Oir grandkids came with us and loved the gameroom! The pool was perfect and usually just our family in it. Not crowded at all. It was a wonderful stay with my family and we will certainly be back next year!!! Thank you Jerry & Liron!!!

Home away from home

The property was amazing and even better than what the listing shows. The owner is very responsive and genuinely cares about your stay. We had some remote issues and within an hour of notifying the owner they were fixed, that’s prompt and timely. Can’t speak highly enough about the property and the owner. The location is great, less than five mins from the beach but set back in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and stores, yet all the noise of the city streets are far away. A HUGE bonus is the pool is literally ten steps away from the condo, so it makes it easy and quick to transition your day. We will definitely be back!

Good value

The property is about a 5 -10 minute walk to the beach; however there is no sidewalk so you have to walk in the road. We had a few hiccups upon checkin (battery not working in game room and tv in living room not working). The property manager was responsive and fast to rectify everything. You can tell it’s a high volume rental. But everything was clean. We would consider staying again. Thank you!!

Perfect beach vacation getaway

The townhouse was conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The place was well appointed with everything we needed. The unit was so clean I didn't want to touch anything lol. The family room couches were so comfortable. The pis de resistance the bed mattress's and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. This was the entire parties consensus. The unit owner was easy to reach and very attentive. The beach which was about a 7 minute walk had the whitest sand and the most beautiful aqua clear water I have ever seen. Will absolutely return.

Perfect Vacation Home!

From the moment we arrived until we checked out we felt so well taken care of! Jerry and his wife were excellent at communicating all of the instructions and it made checking in a breeze! Jerry left an open line of communication throughout our entire stay in case we needed anything at all! As a party of 9, 8 adults and 1 small child, this place was perfect. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to enjoy our time there ! The best part was the large living and dining area where we spent most of our time together sharing a meal or playing games that were provided by the hosts! It made packing for the trip so much easier because they had already thought of everything we might need! Our family would definitely stay in this home again and would recommend it to any family looking for a vacation rental! Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality! Edward & Karen McDonald
