If you’ve been dreaming of beach sunsets, it’s time for a Destin vacation! Puesta Del Sol is a Mediterranean-style vacation home located in Destin’s Miramar Beach community. In fact, this lovely home is the closest unit in the complex to the beautiful white sand beach. With the private beach access across the street and a shared pool, this townhome offers relaxation in a tropical setting. It has four bedrooms, four baths, and comfortable living accommodations. It can entertain up to 14 guests.
Upon entering your beach getaway, guests are greeted with a sunny open floorplan, tile flooring, and large windows. Modern amenities and subtle beach décor create a laidback vibe. The living area features two plush couches that double as queen-size sleeper sofas. A paisley patterned accent chair completes the seating ensemble. A large flatscreen TV is mounted above a handsome wood credenza for entertainment. Two shelving units with decorative accents flank the TV. The kitchen is behind the living room. Four stools sit beside the granite-topped kitchen island, where you can serve cocktails and appetizers. The kitchen includes custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a chic tiled backsplash. There is a hardwood table and eight chairs positioned beside a panel of windows in the adjacent dining area. From this floor, guests can access an outdoor patio furnished with outdoor tables, chairs, and a BBQ grill.
Bedrooms are located on both levels of the two-story home. The great room shares the first floor with one guest bedroom, which has two twin beds with nautical-inspired bedding, white furnishings, and a flatscreen TV. The remaining bedrooms are on the second level. One of these is a cheerfully sunny master suite with a tiered tray ceiling. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, a TV, and a private bath with a glass-walled shower. One of the guest bedrooms on this level has a king-size bed with a full bath. The other is a kid’s bunk room with two twin bunks and a private bathroom.
In addition to comfortable accommodations, guests may use the shared pool. The pool is surrounded by a tiled sundeck, lounge chairs, and tropical landscaping set in a coastal setting. After a freshwater swim, you can head across the street to the gulf for a saltwater dip. The property’s close proximity to the beach places guests less than a one-minute walk from the glistening shores.
When you’re ready for more vacation adventures, be sure to explore the surrounding Miramar Beach and Destin areas. Seascape Resort is only a short distance away and offers discounted rates for golf and tennis to Ocean Reef guests. Head over to the nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets for discount designer shopping. If you’re looking for lively entertainment and family-friendly fun, the Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a variety of restaurants, bars, live music, firework displays, and more. The upscale Grand Boulevard shopping center is another great place to visit. And if you want to venture a little further, check out the cute scenic towns of 30A, the Destin Commons, or HarborWalk Village.
