Il Mediterrania è un eccitante e lussuoso condominio di lusso situato sulla spiaggia con vista mozzafiato sulle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. Il Mediterrania è davvero 'speciale' e dispone di incantevoli giardini curati, una grande piscina, fontana spa, una club house comunità, centro fitness, campo da tennis, parcheggio sotterraneo, e un gazebo che conduce alla spiaggia.

La nostra unità è una unità non fumatori, otto posti letto, è valutato 'PLATINUM', ed è decorata con una splendida, eleganza casual, splendidamente disegnato da Norwalk Mobili.

L'unità viene fornita con modanature in tutto, pavimento di piastrelle (tranne camere da letto), i trattamenti della finestra progettista, biancheria da letto bello, tende da doccia e cuscini, e opere d'arte bellissima. L'ampia zona giorno è centrata intorno ad un sezionale elegante ma confortevole, con splendidi pezzi accento di mobili.

La camera matrimoniale è molto elegante, con un ampio bagno padronale che comprende una vasca idromassaggio, doccia separata, due lavabi, e un built-in armadio trucco. La seconda grande camera da letto con due letti matrimoniali e viene fornito con il proprio bagno. La sezione sarà convertire in un letto queen-size, e vi è un bagno di servizio per i vostri ospiti.

L'unità viene fornita completa di tutto il necessario compreso tre televisori, tre DVD, connessione Internet wireless ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde.

È possibile cenare o rilassarsi sulla terrazza e godere della vista o guardare i vostri bambini nella piscina gigante-formato, che si trova proprio di fronte dell'unità, oppure si può camminare attraverso la Mediterrania Gazebo alle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo . Ora stiamo offrendo il servizio spiaggia (due sedie e un ombrellone) dai primi di marzo fino al 31 ottobre

Il Mediterrania è molto speciale ed è stato progettato con lusso in mente. E 'vicino a ottimi ristoranti, negozi, vicino a Pompano Joes, e pochi minuti dal centro commerciale outlet e Destin Commons.

Everything was perfect!

First of all the host, Donna is very responsive. She is quick to answer any questions and easy to book with. The unit was super clean and recently renovated. Everything was just as described. I would 100% recommend this unit to anyone. Being on the first floor was convenient to the pool and beach. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

We’ve been coming to the area for over a decade and this was our first stay at the Mediterranea. This condo was phenomenal! The decor was impeccable and the location was fantastic. Cannot wait to come back next year.

Beautiful complex and location

The property and location couldn’t be better… The unit was very nice and updated… The shower off of the primary bedroom is quite small and some of the towels were over used and dingy in color. (Perhaps it’s best to bring your own)…Although a few of the furniture pieces were a little tired, I would give the overall experience four stars.

Beautiful Condo

We stayed at the condo for a week! It was very nice and very clean! We specifically wanted a condo on the first floor bc our kiddo is 4. The condos location was in the perfect spot with easy access to the pool and the parking lot (great for unpacking and packing the car). Would highly recommend this condo. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Great property, very clean, loved it all

Everything was great. Very clean, close to the pool, lots of room, everything we needed was in the room. Could have used a couple more towels but we just washed and shared or used our beach towels after showers. Bath tub was nice to soak in after day out in the sun. Did talk to a lot of others who stayed and found out many paid a lot less for their condos that were the same size. Not sure if it was because of the VRBO fees added or this specific one was just priced higher. The pool was bath tub temp, still enjoyable but not quite as refreshing. The hot tub was nice to sit around and hangout. Easy access to the beach. Will be looking to stay at property again because it’s our favorite now. Oh and beach chair service was great to have, can bring extra chairs and umbrellas and put behind which we did

Perfect Winter Getaway

Definitely want to return. Property was better than pictures and description. Easy access since it was ground floor. Location had a great view from outdoor space. Parking is convenient. We loved it!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The property is well maintained and even though we did not get a chance to use the pool it looked very nice as well. My only suggestion would be for both the entrance and exit gate to be closed for safety and security. You need to use the code to enter the gate meanwhile the exit is completely open so it defeats the purpose of a gated community. Overall a great stay :)

Amazing View!

I can honestly say everything was perfect! That is why this is my second time staying here. The condo was beautiful. The pool is right outside the room. Don’t worry, there is a gate to enter the pool area. Beach access is right across the street. I will stay here again.

Great Condo & Property!

Donna was awesome to rent from...she was very responsive and helpful giving us info about the area. The condo was spotless and in a great location...we just opened the sliding patio door and the nice pool was right there. We were concerned that it would be loud at night, but the whole complex was very calm, lots of young families, no crazy parties or noise at all. Very nice place!

Really nice condo on the Emerald Coast

Was a great stay at this 1st floor condo right across the street from the beach. Steps from the pool and hot tub, and beach is literally across the street, where we had an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set out for us all week (came with the condo). Everything inside was remodeled and new, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks so much Donna!

Favorite vacation place.

So much going for this Condo. Attentive owner, who will assist you and readily answer any questions. Condo itself as stated is updated, (as shown in pictures). Great location, steps away from pool and beach. (Beach service provided). Short walk to Pompano Joes. Not mentioned is steaming ability on a large smart TV. Will definitely return.
