  • Benvenuti a Salt Life Beach Home! La nostra casa di lusso costiera di nuova costruzione è stata progettata con uno stile "Old Florida Architecture" e dispone di una splendida piscina privata! Salt Life si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal tuo accesso privato alla spiaggia dove puoi goderti una sezione della spiaggia incredibile e poco affollata con banchi di sabbia e tartarughe! 

    La nostra spaziosa casa a due piani dispone di 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni 1/2, 2 portici coperti e un'alcova per bambini. Goditi una cucina gourmet all'avanguardia con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutto il necessario per preparare i tuoi piatti preferiti. La nostra piscina privata in stile resort dispone di cascate e può essere riscaldata nei mesi più freddi! La nostra oasi nel cortile comprende anche tavoli con sedie, sedie a sdraio, TV a schermo piatto e grill a gas per i tuoi pasti all'aperto preferiti. Ogni camera è ben attrezzata con TV HD a schermo piatto e ogni Master Suite (esclusa la camera a castello) ha un bagno privato completo. La camera a castello dispone di letti a castello full-over-full con doppio rotelle sotto. Nel soggiorno troverete un grande divano componibile con molti posti a sedere per rilassarsi davanti alla TV a schermo piatto. L'alcova per bambini è la preferita dalla famiglia per i più piccoli, perfettamente configurata come l'ultima mini-sala giochi! Goditi i tuoi pasti nella deliziosa sala da pranzo che è perfettamente illuminata da uno splendido lampadario industriale o esci per un'esperienza culinaria più rilassata a bordo piscina. Avrai davvero il meglio dei due mondi qui a Salt Life! 

    Salt Life è anche a pochi passi da molti ristoranti popolari tra cui "Whale's Tail" e "Pompano Joe's" sulla spiaggia. La nostra casa si trova a meno di 2 miglia dall'outlet commerciale di lusso "Silver Sands", che è uno dei più grandi punti vendita di stilisti della nazione. Godrai anche della vicinanza a diversi negozi di alimentari, farmacie, ospedale e, naturalmente, a pochi minuti a piedi sulla sabbia!

    All'interno di questa prestigiosa comunità balneare recintata di Emerald Waters Villages troverai due piscine condominiali lussureggianti oltre alla tua piscina privata. Questa favolosa comunità privata si trova sul lato est di Holiday Road a Miramar Beach vicino all'angolo tra Scenic Gulf Drive e Frangista Beach. Siamo vicini a tonnellate di negozi, ristoranti, golf e divertimenti. Destin Commons è la zona dello shopping preferita a Destin e Silver Sands.  I negozi di ancoraggio a Destin Commons includono Bass Pro Shop, H&M Store, Belk e Uncle Bucks, un elegante bowling. We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was so perfect! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was amazing, and so was the outfit shower! Amazing location! Would highly recommend!

We chose to stay here for our family vacation this summer and we had a blast! There was plenty of space, and the kid nook with toys was a great addition for our littles. Just a short walk to the beach house had a wagon and plenty of beach accessories to use.

The property was clean and as advertised. The house is huge, very spacious rooms. The pool with the fountains was perfect! We loved the house and privacy of the backyard. The palm trees gave nice shade to sit under. Appreciated the child safety locks on the door to the pool and door alarm from the bunkbed room. Our 4 year old grandson loved the little kids nook off the living room. The beds and huge sectional couch were comfortable and the A/C was cold! The location was great, a short walking distance to everything, just a few minutes to the beach access. The property did not have a golf cart but for the price we paid it was worth it and we got a rental delivered. Just a note you enter through the gravel driveway past the front of the house to get to the garage which is in the back. We will definitely book again!

Great location and nice property

Location was fantastic being only a block from the beach. Property was very nice in most ways and is reflected well in listing. Only thing of note was the bikes could have used some maintenance and had to request beach access code (was given prior month) but received a response quickly.

Great location

The location of the property is great. A family oriented neighborhood and close to main strip and beach. The sofa in the family room is deceiving. It is large but not comfortable. Mattresses were a bit lumpy. I guess some of this is to be expected due to different people occupying the house.

Family fun

There were 16 of us. 9 adults and 7 kids. Short walk and easy access to the beach. The pool at the house was utilized daily as well. Enough room for us all without being in each other’s way. This was a fabulous bucket list dream come true for me!! We did not use the free passes…maybe several free to one thing would have been more utilized.

Great location and amenities

The house is laid out well and accommodated our crew perfectly. The pool was amazing, the under stairway retreat was a perfect hideaway for kids and the house was in a great location with nice and new amenities. It was just a short walk to the beach or a quick drive to any Destin Destination. Having the bathrooms in each bedroom offered privacy. The kitchen had all the tools needed for keeping folks fed on the go or a place to sit and hang out. The island in the kitchen was a little big for the space, so it limited having too many cooks in the kitchen. Overall a wonderful place to relax or minutes away from any fun in the sun activity!

Best Salty Stay in Destin

We had an unforgettable family vacation at Salty Shores. This home was exactly as stated and more. It was clean and beautiful. Comfortable sectional couch plenty of space. A great little play area for little ones. The bunk room actually has 2 full bunk beds with trundles under each one. A pack and play, potty seat and booster seat for the dining room. The pool was so fun with the fountains and beautiful landscaping. There is a sweet little coffee shop we rode bikes to called Badass Coffee. Best strawberry smoothie I’ve ever had. It was a short walk to the private beach but we like to use a canopy which was prohibited so we walked a little further to the public beach which wasn’t a problem just keep that in mind before lugging all your beach day fun items to the private beach. This place was a gem and I didn’t want to leave!!

This is a beautiful house with lot's of room. The pool area was amazing. We used this every day! It had sun for the pool and lots of shaded areas. The pool was heated which was so nice. The only thing I would say that might help others is that it is walkable to the beach but not for anyone with health issues or the elderly. It is a bit of a hall. We rented a golf cart which helped as someone was the chauffer but there are not a lot of places to part the Golf Cart for access to the private beach.

Great house, close to beach, awesome pool, needs a deep clean

We loved a lot of things about this property but as others have said it desperately needs a deep clean (dust built up on baseboards, light fixtures, under furniture, base of cabinets, hair on window sills, etc). The house layout and flow was very comfortable for our group of 14 (8 adults, 6 kids ages 1.5-11). Good room size, personal bathroom for each bedroom. Good location, easy walk to the beach. But the “private” beach was so crowded. We ended up doing the beach service, but were in the third row of beach goers until our last day, after many discussions with the service (La Dolce Vita). Maybe it would help if the house came with one service included so we had a better location on the beach near the water (important to us with small children).

Great place!

Overall we really enjoyed this house. The kid cove was wonderful for my 2 year old. They also already had a pack b play setup for us and a little booster seat in the kitchen closet. It’s within walking distance to the beach! We did have an issue with the pool heater constantly going out on us but maintenance was very responsive. Unfortunately, it didn’t stay heated the whole time but we still enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend for large groups and groups with kids! Just pack a baby gate for the stairs!

Wonderful family friendly home close to Miramar Beach

Home was exactly as described. Clean, well equipped, great location, close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to grocery store and shopping! Outdoor heated pool and backyard area were amazing! We highly recommend this home!

Perfect location!

This home was such a great location to the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. The home was the perfect size for our family offering enough beds and rooms. The only thing that could have been different was more attention to dusting of lights and furniture as well as a few added kitchen utensils to make it even easier for out of state guests to feel like everything they need is right in the home. Would recommend this home to others!

House nice but not without problems

Premium price should receive premium service and cleanliness with everything in working order. Not so. Disappointing issues. - Freezer not working (ice cream was too soft); food not freezing properly; food safety concerns. - Dirty kitchen (crumbs on counters in multiple places and grime built up all around faucet and sink). - Need more wash cloths. One per person is ridiculous. - Kids room with balcony is a BIG safety hazard. - Broken oven (should have been fixed BEFORE we arrived). - BBQ grill was dirty. - No bbq wire brush to clean grill. - No light bulb in lamp by bed on main floor (hazard). Should have been replaced BEFORE arrival. - Pool alarm was not working upon arrival … BIG HAZARD FOR CHILDREN! - Trash should have been gone upon arrival not left for US to deal with! - Pool hose was not working upon arrival. - Broken top drawer in the dresser of bedroom on main floor. It fell out and hit my hand giving me bruises and a mark (I have a picture of it). Very upsetting. This caused me to have an injury that should not have happened and now I have to live with the pain and healing because of the owners negligence

Florida 2021

We loved this house and the location. Beach was an easy walk with a gate access and the neighborhood was great. House was great for a big family and has everything you could possibly need. I also loved the parking and garage for this house it was much bigger than most other properties we have stayed at in Florida.

Nice home.. need to pay closer attention to detail

This was a nice home with a few exceptions. The kitchen was spacious although the one of the ovens went out the second day. The repair guy was out the next day to work in it. We also had a little issue with the pool, but they were responsive In order to correct the problem quickly. The house cleanliness is a 3. There was cobwebs in a number of the bedrooms and on the lamps where more attention was necessary. Additionally, the floor and throw rugs needed to be cleaned. Rugs had spots on it and walking across the floor after 10 mins the bottom of our feet were dark from dirt. I paid a premium price and I expected the property to be prestine. Overall we had a good stay.

The place was wonderful no complaints at all.

This place gave us everything. A swimming pool and space for everyone. We were able to ride bikes do different activities. The neighborhood was nice very close to the beach. A wonderful experience.
