The Main House lower floor has a NEW Kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, sunroom, a bedroom with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds in it and another full bathroom with walk in shower. The whole 2nd floor of the main house is the newly remodeled Master Bedroom Suite with new bathroom and a large private balcony overlooking the saltwater pool.

The Guest house located over the (Owner Only) garage, also has a NEW Bathroom AND its own private balcony overlooking the private saltwater pool. Inside the guest house is a studio apartment with everything needed for a separate living space including King Size Bed, Queen Size Pull Out Sofa, workspace, full kitchen and full bathroom!

The luxury private saltwater pool is fenced around the pool decking and includes an outdoor shower!

Sand Dollar Hideaway is only a 3-minute walk from the front door to the PRIVATE beach of Gulf Pines Neighborhood!

Gulf Pines is a PRIVATE low-density neighborhood with mostly full year residents, making it feel even more peaceful. This means you will not be surrounded by lots of people or crowded beaches that comes along with most condos and neighborhoods that are crammed with tons of rental houses that require only access to public beaches.

Gulf Pines is directly next to Sandestin Resort, so this neighborhood still gives all the easy access to Sandestin`s Baytowne Wharf, many activities, and shopping, and dining, all around Miramar Beach or Destin.

Sea Tropez is small but professional and attentive to detail run company. We have 4 Beautiful condos and 1 house in the Destin Miramar Beach area for rent.

A $99 Nonrefundable damage waiver fee will be charged to you after booking. This covers up to $1,000 accidental damage. Details are in the contract you will sign.

We do book this property for full month stays to snowbirds. Please inquire about special rates!

The pool will be heated to atleast 72 March through Thanksgiving. It will likely be much warmer than that most of the time, because of the weather in Florida. Also, the 102 degree hot tub water spills over into the pool after usage. That being said, we can heat it up to 83 degrees for an extra $50 a night if your stay is outside of that time frame or if you just want it warmer in the Spring or Fall.

Bath Towels are provided but not Beach Towels
The cleaning company provides a starter set of TP, Trashbags, Papertowels and soaps, but you will typically need to get some more for your entire stay.
