Scopri un paradiso per famiglie immerso nel sole a Monaco Sands. Questa casa recentemente ristrutturata si trova direttamente sulle dune di sabbia che si affacciano sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina. Non c'è attesa in fila per un ascensore, basta uscire dalla tua porta sul retro e sulla spiaggia privata o sulla piscina. La piscina sulla spiaggia è riscaldata dal Ringraziamento fino ad aprile.

Monaco Sands è situato a meno di un miglio dal Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, da ristoranti premiati, bar sulla spiaggia, golf, centri di divertimento per famiglie e molto altro! Monaco Sands è circondato dalla natura con la spiaggia sul lato sud e un lago sul lato nord. Cuocere le bistecche o i frutti di mare sui barbecue vicino alla spiaggia. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per rinnovare i tuoi sensi è proprio qui.

Il concetto aperto soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina offrono una vista sul Golfo del Messico e ha un divano letto che può ospitare due.
Il corridoio tra le due camere da letto ha il 2 ° bagno completo.
L'accesso all'unità è facile in quanto il parcheggio è disponibile accanto alla porta d'ingresso. Camminando fuori dalla porta sul retro si accede direttamente alla piscina e alle scale sulla spiaggia. Lavanderia è disponibile in loco.
Le dotazioni della Spa sono di alta qualità con lenzuola ipoallergeniche, asciugamani e un set iniziale di saponi, shampoo e lozioni.

Property was beautiful. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated. The pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable to sit on. There are no blankets on the bed, just a top sheet and a very very light cover. Recommend bringing a blanket or warm pajamas. Otherwise five stars!

This property was very clean & beautifully decorated. Honestly the most clean I’ve ever stayed in, which was a huge plus. The location was great, being directly on the beach & close to all our shopping & dining needs. We had everything needed in the condo for a comfortable stay & enjoyed the beach setup of chairs & umbrella each day. The only tiny drawback for us was the couch & loveseat in the living room were a bit hard & uncomfortable for long term sitting. I will say the beds was extremely comfortable & we slept well the entire trip though. Thanks again for an amazing stay.

We loved the location, very quiet and the beach was fantastic. The condo was laid out very well and the grounds were nice. One issue we had was when we fist checked in the floors were very dirty and gritty like it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The instructions that were left for us said that the air couldn’t go below 72 degrees or the air conditioner would freeze up, luckily they had some fans. Also, some of the silverware and other dishes were dirty, we rewashed them with no problem.

Perfect for our family. Everything you need in the condo. Our back porch was in front of the private pool and a staircase down to the beautiful private beach. We will definitely come back !! Bring your beach towels .

Property was beautiful and well kept. No hassle of loading in/out of vehicle to get to beach. Everything is a few seconds from your patio door. So convenient! And the view from the room is unmatched! We would stay here again!

We enjoyed this unit. I enjoyed the location, the chair service, the way the pool was so close by! Also it was very pretty. We had no issues with check in and security of the complex seemed great. Cons : I will say I misunderstood the listing initially about laundry. Not having laundry in our room was not ideal although it was close by but on the second floor. Also the cost for laundry was more than the room sign stated it would be. This is my bad for not understanding but def a deal breaker for me for the future. The unit itself while pretty was definitely just stocked so so. The bedding was very minimal. There weren’t dish towels in the kitchen. The hall bathroom shower pressure was not good and I wouldn’t count on anyone sleeping on the pull out couch as it was so uncomfortable. I still give the unit 4 stars and would say that if it weren’t for the laundry situation we would come back. If that’s not a deal breaker for you I think that the other things are minor inconvenience and it’s overall a good spot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property directly on Miramar Beach, FL. The accommodations were perfect for us and directly on the beach and VERY close to shopping and many restaurant options. Great place to stay, would definitely return.

Loved the location and how close the pool is to the back door. The only thing we didn’t like was that it’s advertised with a washer and dryer in the condo- it’s not. It’s on the 2nd floor and you have to pay to use it. That’s hard when you have small kids and really need to wash towels and clothes. Other than that it was great!

Would probably not stay on first floor over looking the pool again. During the day, people at the pool could see right in. Had to keep the blinds closed if people were at the pool. Everything else was great!

We really enjoyed our stay in Miramar Beach! The condo was perfect for us as my sister owns the one next-door. There were plenty of amenities, including a beach chair service, so we didn't have to drag chairs down to the beach. This was a trip for my elderly mother, and she had a wonderful time. The only downside was that the condo wasn't completely clean when we arrived. The beds and towels were fine, but the bathrooms and floor were pretty dirty. I'll need to buy my son new socks because they are all black on the bottom from the floor. I used the vacuum to remove dirt and sand, but had no cleaning products to clean the floor properly. I don't fault the owners at all, but it may be worth a call to the property management agency so the owners are aware :)
