At Sea Haven, we offer a unique and incredibly comfortable experience. Our special touches include 100% cotton linens, memory foam and down feather pillows, tasteful decor, and a luxurious feel that exceeds expectations, providing you with the comforts of home.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed accommodating 2 guests. The guest bedroom sleeps 5, with a full-size bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. The living room offers sleeping space for 2 on a full-size futon, and there's a large sofa for an additional guest. In total, we can accommodate up to 10 guests, plus a baby or toddler. We provide plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and a pack-n-play is available for infants and toddlers, equipped with a small attachable cradle for their comfort.

Enjoy the spaciousness of the living room area, a dedicated dining area, a bar with ample seating, a balcony with outdoor furniture, a fully loaded kitchen, high-speed internet, a huge Smart TV in the living room, a large Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 32-inch Smart TV in the bunk bed room.

A mile from the white sand of the Emerald Coast as the crow flies, and with several public beach accesses a short 5-10 minute drive. Guests have convenient on-property access to a beautiful, secluded pool surrounded by trees & a well equipped fitness center both with coded entry and private to residents and guests of our small Sandestin Community at Point of View Condominiums.

A short walk across the parking lot brings you to Publix, Starbucks, and countless other shops and restaurants. Take a stroll to Grand Boulevard and experience Emeril's Coastal where famous chef, Emeril Lagasse whips up his culinary masterpieces!

A 3 minute drive takes you to Baytowne Wharf located along the shores of the Choctawhatchee Bay, within the gates of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It features
an array of boutiques, eateries, galleries, and nightlife. Be sure to check out their events calendar for your travel dates, as they often have a jam-packed schedule of outdoor festivals and events for the entire family!
Destin Commons has all of your favorite stores and eateries as well as Whole Foods Market.

Also, take a short drive to the heart of old Destin and the Harborwalk Village adjacent to the picturesque Crab Island. Stroll along the boardwalk of Destin's famous fishing fleet to see of the catch of the day come in!

Spend a day at the world famous Crab Island on the north side of Destin Bridge where pleasure boats gather everyday to enjoy the translucent, waist-high emerald
green waters. This area is kid friendly! If you rent a pontoon, jet ski or kayak, you can join the party of floating restaurants and huge inflated playground.

For a good bargain you can visit Silver Sands Outlet Mall just down the street!

Be sure and check out Lulu's at the foot of the Mid-Bay Bridge. Lulu is Jimmy Buffet's sister, and she has created a veritable playground for children and adults alike. Southern fare at it's best! Huge Indoor/outdoor restaurant, large sandy area on the bay with rental SUPs and kayaks, seaplane rides, kids face painting and more!

**This listing is on the second floor and there are stairs with one landing that leads up to it. There is no elevator, so this listing is not suitable for those with disabilities who may require an elevator and large doorways etc.

**Pet fee is $50 PER PET. If you have booked a stay with more than one pet, you will need to submit payment for the additional pet(s) immediately after booking. Cats are NOT allowed without prior approval and, when approved, require a 200.00 fully refundable deposit to be submitted after booking. Dogs must be house trained. NO PUPPIES! No dogs that excessively bark or whine. If your dog sheds or has accidents, please clean up after your pet. Any damage due to dogs will result in a resolutions case being opened with Airbnb to recover the cost. Please clean up your pet waste. Our HOA is very strict about this and will fine you if caught leaving your pet waste outside.
