LIVING ROOM FIRST FLOOR
⭐ The living room is the ideal spot to unwind after a fun day at the beach! Kick back on the cozy sectional sofa and catch up on your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this floor for your guests. In the mornings, enjoy a peaceful moment on the patio, where you'll find plenty of comfortable seating to sip your coffee and start your day off right!

KITCHEN DINING FIRST FLOOR
⭐ The kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Enjoy seating at the kitchen bar for 2 or at the dining table, which comfortably accommodates 4. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

PRIMARY BEDROOM SECOND FLOOR
⭐ Relax in the comfy king bed, with a private closet and flat-screen TV for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and double vanity. Plus, you can catch the sunset from your own private balcony!

2nd BEDROOM 2nd floor
⭐The guest bedroom offers two queen beds (sleeping 4 total) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

LOCATION / COMMUNITY
⭐ The Woodland Shores community offers 2 pools, a spacious green area, and is just a 5-minute walk to the beach! Along Scenic Hwy 98, you'll find a variety of restaurants to explore and public beach access. Head over to Emerald Coast Parkway, where you'll find everything you need, including grocery stores, shopping, an outlet mall, movie theaters, a bowling alley, and plenty of fast-food options!

COMMUNITY POOL
⭐ Two community pools are available for your enjoyment! Getting to the pool is super easy just take a quick 30-step walk to the right of the townhome to reach the nearest pool. Across from the townhome, you'll find the larger pool with plenty of lounge seating. Enjoy both and choose your favorite! Please review and follow all safety guidelines and use these amenities at your own risk.

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring them from home.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free high-speed internet (400+mbps), and the login details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Free parking is located at the back of the townhome with 2 reserved parking spots.

GOLF CARTS
Currently, a golf cart is not provided, but golf cart rentals are allowed in the community. If you choose to rent one, please ensure it is parked in your designated parking spot and follow all safety instructions.

GRILL
⭐ A charcoal grill is available for your use! Please note, charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided. Use this amenity at your own risk.

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Beach gear is available in the outdoor closet for your enjoyment! You'll typically find beach toys, floats, beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a cooler, but please note we can t guarantee specific items upon arrival. We kindly ask that you rinse off the sand and return everything neatly to the closet before checking out. Beach towels are also provided on the laundry shelf please wash and fold them before checking out.

SECURITY
⭐ Security cameras are located throughout the grounds for the safety of homeowners and guests.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property. If Grilling, please move the grill away from the house siding to prevent damage to the house siding as you will be responsible

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
