I suppose I got after the previous reviewer, as I could attest the after match. The broken floor mosaic in the shower.
I want to love the property, it has most of what you’d want in a vacation condo. But the management company will never let that happen.
They sent me an email for check in, with an address that does not have such apartment. I called them, and it was too late. I called the “emergency” number, 20 days later I’m yet to hear back from them. I found the right address by pure luck after wandering around the area for well over an hour.
Then the unit itself. Filthy. Hair everywhere. Dirt, dust and food crumbs in places you wouldn’t even expect it.
Expedia / vrbo support: nothing. Initially jumped around with Expedia’s IA agent while trying to figure out if I really had a place to sleep. Then managed to speak with someone. They refused to provide accommodations for the night, so I spent my first night cleaning the apartment.
The day after I managed to speak with the management company of the condo. They acknowledged receiving my email and voicemail; still gave no explanation, response or call back.
I gave enough days for things to sort out, but sadly after 20 days seems like there’s a need to warn others.
