Welcome to Seaspray, a charming three-bedroom, two-bath vacation home in Miramar Beach, Florida, featuring a private pool, four adult bicycles and complimentary beach service! Designed for comfort and convenience, Seaspray offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, with accommodations for up to eight guests.

As you arrive, you will notice the community showcases tall palm trees, a salty breeze, and is inviting you to immediately enter “vacation mode.” Seaspray features luxury finishes throughout including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully equipped so you are prepared for anything. No matter if you are simply packing a cooler for the beach or cooking a homecooked meal for your crew, you will have everything you need. You can even find seating around the separate dining table and breakfast bar for your crew. The living room offers a comfortable area to kick back and relax after a day of adventures. Turn on the Smart TV and host a family movie night before heading to bed. The living room also leads you to a spacious patio where you can savor time spent in the beautiful Florida weather. There is nothing better than waking up each morning, brewing a cup of coffee, and heading outside to plan what the day holds. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and plenty of space to unpack. The primary bedroom also includes a walk-in closet. The luxury features continue into both bathrooms as the master bathroom is adorned with a double vanity and granite countertops. The second bathroom is finished with quartz countertops. The home also comes with a washer and dryer so guests can pack light and refresh their beach towels as needed!

Great house & location

Loved the house, private pool and the location. My only complaint was when booking, the listing showed it came with golf cart. The golf cart was removed a week or so from listing before we arrived. I tired to reach out about this but got no response.

Perfect getaway

The house was beautiful and the private pool is pristine! When I bookd this rental it advertised a golf cart was included, but there was not one provided. Otherwise, this property was the best part of our stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home - awful management company

This house was gorgeous and in a wonderful location. It had a beautiful pool and was close to the beach. However, the management company (Southern) was awful. They did not provide basics in the house. No trash baskets in the bathrooms. No dustpan. I asked for two days to get one. One dish towel for the week and no dishrag. I bought a couple for the week. I know you are supposed to bring your own trash bags, but there was not even one extra. Normally, rental homes near the beach will have beach chairs or a beach umbrella or even beach towels you can use for the week. Not here. No hair dryer. No sheet pan or strainer in the kitchen. It just seemed that there was nothing but the basics and we did not pay for a “basic” house. It was not very welcoming or hospitable. I loved the house, but I think the owner needs to reconsider who is running and representing it. I recommend the house but not this company.
