Questo lussuoso condominio all'undicesimo piano ha una vista mozzafiato sul Golfo del Messico ed è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Questo condominio offre 732 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale per dormire comodamente sei. Non solo la casa è arredata con gusto, il condominio offre anche pavimenti in legno di lusso nel soggiorno e camera da letto e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica per tutto il resto del condominio.

La zona giorno offre un comodo divano letto, arredi splendidamente coordinati e una grande TV a schermo piatto. La cucina completamente attrezzata ha bellissimi mobili, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli elettrodomestici necessari per la preparazione dei pasti. Ci sono anche tre sgabelli da bar per cene informali al bar per la colazione. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice nel bagno proprio accanto alla cucina per la vostra comodità.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size, una bella testiera in legno, letti di design, una TV a schermo piatto e un lettore DVD. Il bagno in stile "Jack n Jill" è accessibile dalla hall e dalla camera da letto principale e offre un asciugacapelli per la vostra comodità. very fun place to have a high rise experience with a beach view and easy beach access; whale's tale restaurant and beach service was great too!

Would come back again, and again...and again!

This lovely condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. New appliances, comfortable furnishing, flat screens with cable and DVD/ Blu ray as promised on VRBO. And then the view and location!! You won't be disappointed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was not great! On arrival my t.v. In the master bedroom was not working! I had to wait almost 2 days before I could watch tv. Also, the water cut off in the middle of my washing and that was a headache! I feel I should have gotten some type of credit for the television experience!

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s been a few years since I visited this property. And I was a bit disappointed. First off upon entering the unit I found toothpaste in the bottom of one sink, food spilled in the freezer, silverware dirty, coffee cups dirty and some dishes dirty. I was also disappointed on the maintenance of the grounds. Called the property management company and placed on hold for 20 minutes and then dropped.

It didn’t smell clean, there was sand and dust all over the floor, you could tell it hasn’t been mopped or anything. We also found a pill on the floor under the lamp in the living room. Considering we have children, this upset me.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a horrible experience! The looks of it was amazing. The king bed I never experienced sleepless nights in that way ever. I have no clue what type of mattress is on that bed but it needs to be destroyed. When i contacted seascape they cared less and said they would let the owner know. The comforter was outdated and had jelly or something on the edge.

The furnishings were very cheap. The supports under the bed were broken so the mattress collapsed into the middle when we crawled into it. Because of the late hour we had no choice but to sleep in it as it was. We spent about an hour trying to fix it the next morning. We finally shoved suitcases underneath it for support. When reported to the resort the reply was “thanks for letting us know”. No offer to help. Since the bed was secure we decided not to tempt fate the next day and had a good nights sleep two out of three of our nights. The building seemed like a ghost town as it related to staffing, I don’t think I saw a single person over our three day stay.

(Two Birds, Lucille's, and beachside Whales Tale) Online photos helped to choose our condo. Condos are older, but clean and description was accurate. Two chairs & umbrella service included is a plus!Michael Whalen was great to deal with, especially regarding questions & re-scheduling.Would have felt better if entry code was emailed earlier, since there's nobody on duty on site.

Reviewer Comments: We did not get the room we booked, there was no notice or communication they changed our room until they gave us our check in door code. We rebted a king size bed got an extremely uncomfortable queen size bed. We took turns sleeping on the couch and left with sore backs. I called the day of check in, during our stay and upon leaving. Every time the person on the phone says they are going to have a management to call me back and they agree it was not acceptable and yet here it is a week later nobody has called me back yet no compensation no nothing

The bed was absolutely horrific ,!(7 nights of agony) and the bed covers looked like they belonged in a roadside motel!You need to bring absolutely everything ,,,,nothing is supplied. Not one single coffee filter was left , no dish soap , the broom was broken , no spatula , ( They said they would deliver a spatula they never did ,,,,,the TV wasn’t working when we got there ,,they said they would send someone up but they never did .....luckily we figured out how to fix it . The place was not that clean when we arrived ,,,they never cleaned under couches , sand and dust on floor, the bathroom was stained, outdated to say the least. the garbage disposal didn’t work because the previous people had left metal and plastic debris in there . We had to clean it out, ( We took pictures) The view was great , however the one lounge type chair was defective and not put together correctly,,,, you couldn’t even sit in it .........the other two side chairs Had also seen their day! Of course the pools are always a disappointment because they’re cold :::::and when we went to play pickle ball they kept changing the hours of the courts so you never knew when they would be open. They give you a discount on renting bikes there, however we went to a much better company for much less!,, Keep in mind you can also hear the people next to you with their TV on and you can hear the people above you walking around . Just think this place doesn't match the high price.

Great view, some updates needed

Took a chance on this unit and enjoyed the view. Didn't realize how awkward the bathroom situation was until we actually got there - a half bath off the master goes through to another full bath. Odd. We were disappointed to find out it was managed by SRI. If your familiar with Seascape that's a con (for us). We didn't notice until the next morning that the bed had no fitted sheet on it but we called the management office and a housekeeper brought one up right away. The lamp next to the TV was broken and unusable. The wicker patio chairs were not in the best condition and may need replaced soon. The lighting in the bedroom was terrible. I suggest switching to daylight bulbs. And I would have expected a ceiling fan in the living room. Showering was also an adventure. Someone had partially unscrewed the shower head from the wall so water went everywhere the first time I showered. Secondly, I'm not sure if it was having the exhaust fan on, or if the AC was on or even because the door was open but the shower liner would not stay put. It kept blowing into the shower and I wrestled with it the entire shower. The unit needs a heavier shower liner and preferably a shower curtain. Husband is a contractor and said there are minor signs of water damage. So while we enjoyed the view and got a deal not sure we'd stay in this unit again as there are others for nearly the same price that seem better maintained.
