Benvenuti in Silverfin Villa,

Questa bella nuova residenza cittadina con 4 camere da letto e 4 bagni occupa una delle strade più appartate della zona. A soli 400 metri dalla più grande spiaggia pubblica della contea dove si può giocare al sole durante il giorno e avere un falò mentre si guarda un tramonto perfetto. Esperienza golf pluripremiato presso il vicino Seascape o The Links Golf Club. Pedala, corri o cammina lungo il lungomare e la strada sulla spiaggia! Silverfin Villa è anche una passeggiata molto vicino a negozi e ristoranti situati a solo un isolato di distanza. La grande piscina di 40 piedi x 30 piedi viene riscaldata durante marzo e aprile e le festività principali includono il Ringraziamento, Natale e Capodanno.

Silverfin Villa è stata completata l'estate del 2019 e presenta mobili e decorazioni di design. Streaming TV sarà disponibile in casa con accesso a applicazioni come Netflix, Amazon Prime o altri servizi di streaming. Il televisore del salotto viene fornito con un catalogo di oltre 1000 film e spettacoli televisivi. Le caratteristiche includono un garage, piscina 40x30, vialetto pavimentato, elettrodomestici inox, ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni, due serie di letti a castello incorporati, pavimenti in legno, gres porcellanato e modanature a corona in tutto. La zona giorno aperta, la cucina e le aree esterne sono perfette per grandi raduni. Il tuo gruppo godrà sicuramente di panorami mozzafiato dai balconi del soggiorno e della camera da letto anteriore del 2 ° piano. Sarete deliziati dalla spaziosa camera da letto principale / bagno con cabina armadio grande, vasca da giardino e doccia di grandi dimensioni per completare l'elenco delle caratteristiche di lusso.

The house was very spacious and clean with clear and concise instructions. I appreciate everything being labeled and the ease of use. With the home having 3 stories, we were cold upstairs. I'm not sure if there was another thermostat. Also, I'm glad I thought to bring extra washcloths because there was only 2 in the bathroom. I expected at least 4 or 5. It would have been nice to have a trash bag for each day, but we did go buy some. Would I rent again? Very likely.

The home was great and exactly what we were expecting. Small walk to the beach, and short drive to restaurants and shopping. It is three floors and there are two flights of stairs to considere if you have small children. It’s clean, well stocked. Just something for the owners to considere in the future. The mattresses are showing their usage and were uncomfortable in all the rooms with queen and king mattresses. Extra kitchen bags and soap will be helpful since you are accommodating large families. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy your time.

The location for the price was excellent. Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, groceries, etc. The property was as described and had everything we needed for sleeping, showers, meal prepping, and hanging out to watch tv/play games. Would recommend this property to families or like us, moms with young adult kids that want to be close to the beach but that can also carry their own stuff!

Comfortable & well appointed accommodation, however, two sets of 18 steps each to main level & upper level (36 total from bottom where the washer & dryer are up to the master & one other bedroom). The walk to & from the beach is not far (timed it at 8 min one way, casual pace), but there is minimal sidewalk along an average to narrow busy road. This is the main route getting to a public beach, therefore it is very well traveled. Most drivers were considerate while passing, many were not, making it disturbing while walking with children. This is something to ponder if thinking about staying at this location. When first making our reservation, the listing mentioned 2 sets of washers/dryers. The third floor W&D has since been either removed or locked up. We discovered that detail from a recent previous reviewer right before our arrival. That amenity no longer exists. The shared pool was enjoyed by our children and grandchildren. It appeared to be well maintained. The bunk room is on the lowest entry floor. For older children or teens, that would be a plus. But for younger children (we had a 3, 5, 6 & 7 year old), we felt a bit uncomfortable because there is an exterior exit door in that room with no dead bolt. One adult parent rotated nights sleeping down there for safety reasons. Overall we had a nice stay, but the lack of dead bolts on the exterior doors (both bunk room as well as the main entrance door) was troubling. This is an easy fix.

The area was very busy,( not secluded) the parking was not good. The pool was used by people in the neighborhood. We were asked on day 1 to not park in driveway as they were going to power wash, didn't happen, knocked on our door early on day 2 and asked to move our vehicle again for the same reason and again on day 3 which is the day they finally did do the power washing and as inconvenient as this was it was made worse by finding out after we checked in that they locked up the 3rd floor washer and dryer. I reached out and was told it was due to maintenance issues when they are used, I did let them know that that was part of the reason we booked this home was it had 2 washer and dryers, the response I received was I could use the 1st floor set. (this is still listed on their listing as being available) This is a 3-story home, very nice home, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired... We should have been notified prior to our check in about all the inconveniences and changes with this home from the listing that we booked. There was never an apology about the inconvenience, never any option given to us, we choose this home over 2 others due to the washer/dryer option. We have traveled to Destin area 1 to 2 times a year every year for the last 15 this by far was our least favorite experience.

Short 5 min walk to the gorgeous beach. This condo is equipped with all you need to host a intimate family vacation and have plenty of room to spread out. Equipped with smart tv's, modern appliances, and a grill. Host was great with communication and property looked exactly like the pictures. To make this even better and justify for the heavy cleaning fee, would recommend they supply guests with a broom and mop to eliminate tracking all the sand which is frequent if you are beach bums like us. Small supply of cleaning supplies to fulfill the check out list such as dishwashing liquid etc would be helpful as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend

We really were hoping for this property to live up to the almost 5 star review that others gave it. While the townhouse looked just as beautiful as the pics online and was in a great location, there were several disappointments. First -- we don't think the house was thoroughly cleaned before we got there at 4:00. We did a quick wipe down of the counters and our paper towels were black, we had to re-wash all the dishes and there was no broom to sweep any debris accidently brought in. The so-called starter kit that was supplied was barely enough for 4 people, let alone 10. We had to purchase additional paper towels, napkins, plates, dish and hand soap. Because we were such a large group, we were planning on cooking in/grilling most of our stay. Unfortunately, after we purchased a lot of meat to grill, we found out that the grill hardly heated up. We emailed and called the repair/maintance for assistance and got no response. There were no games provided, only cards (which we had already brought for ourselves just in case). The pool water was very warm and there was no lock/code to ensure outsiders didn't come in. Lastly, upon our return home, we got an email saying that we were going to be charged $200 for bringing a pet. We don't even have pets and it was crazy to be accused of bringing them when we didn't. I wish we could say we had a fantastic experience with Love Rentals but we most likely won't be using them again.

All but master bathroom has silverfish bugs. Garbage at end of street was full. 1st day pool was nice, warm and clean. After that each day it got colder and less kept up. Home was beautiful and perfect layout and size for our family. Very well stocked.

Several mothers and daughters took a trip to the beach and stayed here. The unit was beautiful and clean. The location was great, a very short walk to the beach and near pompano joes for an easy meal or drink. Also near banana boat or parasailing rides. The Pool was nice and clean. There are a lot of stairs but that didn’t bother our group. Nice large garage. Only things I wish were more included for the price, like maybe umbrella at the beach, golf cart or early/late checkout so we could enjoy more of those days. But overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!
