Welcome to this delightful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway, ideal for hosting up to 15 guests. Downstairs, discover a conveniently placed bathroom and shower. Step out onto the back porch to relish outdoor dining at the table, gather around the fire pit, or cook up some treats on the grill. Ample parking for up to 4 vehicles is provided, including a garage and covered patio.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by rich wood flooring, charming beach-inspired decor, and abundant natural light, crafting a tranquil ambiance. The first floor features a spacious main living area, a fully stocked kitchen, a snug dining area, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom. Step outside to a covered patio and a petite backyard outfitted with a grill.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the owner. They were very personable and quick to respond with questions. The house is in a perfect location to the beach and the house is furnished with everything you’d need for the stay. We will be back.

Nice house overall, but needs some improvements

The house itself was a great layout. We had some issues, which we communicated with the property manager: 1. The dryer didn’t work, although I’m not sure I would hold them accountable for that unless they check the washer and dryer between each use. But we did have to take our wet clothes (out of the washer) to a laundrymat to have them dried. 2. There was not enough pots and pans to cook a full meal. So several times we were putting something from a pot, into a bowl, to place in the microwave until it was time to eat, just so that we could use the pot for another item for our meal. 3. We felt like the cleaning crew had some misses on their part: someone’s groceries left above the fridge in a cabinet, the golf cart could have been cleaned a bit better, and the outside porch/furniture needed cleaned. Again - overall a good house. Part of me feels like the owners live there part time, as there was a drawer that was a hodgepodge of stuff (dog collar, pens, chopsticks, soy sauce packets), including note cards with a lady’s writing.

Property was a great fit for our group with plenty of room. Owner communicated well with questions or minor issues. Location was good but traffic getting in & out of subdivision was not the best.

Awesome Stay!

This place was the perfect space and location for our trip. We had two families (plus a dog) and the home had plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It is in a quiet and gated community making it a relaxing retreat. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would stay again! I recommend heading to Henderson State Park for beach pictures and Dewey Destin Harborside for seafood.

Would highly reccomend this house for a latge family. Golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas made getting to and from the beach easy.

Beach vaca with the grandkids

We all loved this place! It was so easy to use the golf cart to shuttle the kids to the beach, just a few short blocks away. The host was extremely responsive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very private and secure neighborhood !

Nice play to stay!

Wonderful stay for vacation! The golf cart was a nice amenity as it made it easy to get to the beach and haul all of our items. The house is very pretty and as shown in the pictures. It could definitely use a deep clean though. We had a minor issue with some bedding that the owner took care of. We noticed some of the beds didn’t have clean sheets. Overall we would definitely stay here again! Beautiful gated community!

Great location!

The property was centrally located with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The golf cart was great for getting our whole family to the beach. The floor was not properly cleaned and sheets were not all changed when we arrived but the property manager took care of the issue very quickly and sent the cleaning crew to correct the issue. We would stay there again!
