  • Questa bella residenza cittadina gestita da 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alle splendide spiagge di Destin. Questa residenza cittadina situata in una posizione comoda presenta tre piani con camere da letto su ogni livello e può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 12 persone.

    L'unità dispone di Wi-Fi GRATUITO, TV a schermo piatto, lettore DVD e divano letto nel soggiorno. La camera da letto al primo piano è una stanza chiusa con letto king size e un bagno privato dietro il garage. Le scale in legno conducono al secondo livello che comprende le aree Living, Dining e Kitchen. Il secondo livello ha anche una camera da letto con bagno in comune. La lavanderia si trova al secondo livello. Il terzo piano offre due camere da letto (di cui 2 set di letti singoli a castello in una stanza), due bagni privati e un mobile bar. L'accesso alla spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada e condiviso con Emerald Waters. Il complesso di due edifici ha un'area picnic e grill.

    Le tariffe di affitto delle case a schiera Royal Seaesta sono molto convenienti. Abbiamo un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo che include proprietà MOLTO PULITE E BEN GESTITE situate direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia. Pompano Joe's & Whales Tale sono raggiungibili a piedi. Royal Seaesta è centrale per tutti gli acquisti (Destin Commons e Silversands Outlet Mall), vicino a molti ristoranti favolosi e comodo per il Sandestin e il Grand Boulevard.

Condo is very spacious, clean, with a decently stocked kitchen. Great location with easy walk to beach, Pompano Joe's, Bad Ass Coffee, shopping, and Frozen Dune Rolled Ice Cream.Big plus to us was the convenient parking right outside the door.Communication with the Host was first rate and timely.One negative, the pool is small but we were there for the beach.We would definitely stay there again.

Great and convenient location. Prompt communication with the owner. The unit does need some maintenance which was communicated and the owner is addressing. Unfortunately it rained the majority of the time we were there and we had more indoor time than usual and the livingroom only comfortably seated 3-4 adults. Not very conducive for an adult vacation, however a family with children would be more than comfortable.

The location is wonderful and couldn't ask for better. The description, comfort and amenities are severely lacking. The Internet is absolutely horrible, the TV downstairs would not stay connected. The furniture is completely different than what is pictured. No leather couch, no stools with backs, no couch in the bedroom as pictured. The bathroom door in the bunk room is crooked and will not close. We experienced a leak in one of the bathrooms. They were quick to respond and get someone out. They did let us stay and said the work would be completed once we left. They said they would comp us one night stay after now having a giant hole in the ceiling and being down one bathroom. I have yet to see that credit back.The master bed was very hard and uncomfortable, pillows were dirty. Middle room with full/queen bed - very uncomfortable. Living room throw pillows, rug and couch show extreme signs of wear. Downstairs room- bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was fine but towels were stained. It was extremely hot though, thankfully someone had left a box fan and then I had brought my own. Patio furniture at ground level was broken and unuseable. Also trash out there- that could be from passers by though. Boils down to great location & that's what you are paying for not comfort or cleanliness.

Excellent location and perfect for what we needed

The house was perfect for our needs! We took a very small group of high school seniors here for their senior trip. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom so no one had to wait long to get ready. The house was very clean and came with the basics to get started (dish and laundry soap, toilet paper, etc). The absolute best part was the location!! It was just a short walk to the beautiful, private beach! Communication was great and the check in and out was easy.

The condo was really nice, comfortable, clean.The location was great.Short walk across the street to the beach access. Owners were very responsive! We were unable to find the grill that was advertised in the list of amenities. I reached out and received a response immediately that he was unaware that it had been removed from the complex. Solution was to send us our very own grill! We were elated and so appreciative!The only real complaint is the need for an updated refrigerator. The icemaker worked but we couldn't use the ice dispenser. One of the shelves was cracked and it was also missing door shelves.Most of our cons of this vacation are not related to the condo itself.This is not a reflection on the property/owners as all condos in this area have the same issues... Beach access has two flights of stairs-not able to use wagon. Public beach next to Pompanos (1/2 mi walk) had ramp and bathroom.Beach does not permit canopies, only umbrellas. Can use at public beach.Beach does not allow you to sit right at the surf -rental chairs are set up here. Typical in this area but just in case, now you know.Very loud area! We faced the street and there were a lot of people and cars going past at all hours of the night. This was spring break and it was very busy!Overall, I would recommend this location!

Family vacation

We stayed for 6 days. Condo was in a great location. Beach access was right across the street. Like 30 steps. Condo is in the middle of the strip. Lots to do either way. Would stay there again!

Review of the property

The property was decent. Bathroom on level was missing the towel holder, newsroom upstairs was missing a bifold door. TV remotes didn't work properly. Overall the family had a plesent time. Kids enjoys the beach access.

I love the location. I appreciated the communication in a timely manor. I was somewhat diasppointed with cleanliness. I am only saying tohelp improve the cleaning because of the amount of the fees. There was dust on most of the furniture, half rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. The floors were covered in sand. You could not gowithout shoes . I even swept several times. Location was good.

We were disappointed in the condo. The bathroom on the second floor was not clean. The floors were not clean. Not enough comfortable seating in the main area. The neighborhood was great.

lock box, internet and shower issues

we received 2 emails for entrance codes that caused confusion and problems to open the door. The bed sheets were stained, the hair dryers as well as the blinds did not work, the shower in the basement made a splash all over the bathroom and the cloth washer made terrible noise. The only good point is the convenient location. We were strongly disappointed and will not plan to come back.

Vacation 2024

Overall our stay wasn’t bad, Second day we were there I got a text at 8am saying a repair person would be there to fix the washer at 10am so we gathered our things and left came back at 1pm he was still there.on night three we were lookin for trash bags and noticed a chili pot under the sink catching all the dirty water I never mentioned anything to anyone on the The 4th day we had just got back from the beach and someone was beating on the door saying he was there to fix the sink we were never told or notified someone was coming, just very weird. We didn’t like that random people were showing up to fix things, for paying $4k I feel like these things should have been fixed prior to us arriving. The very first night we got locked out, the host or person who I called yelled at me and said “no you listen to me” he said he sent me a text with all information I never got any text or any information other than the text I got about the washer repair man Disappointing, this was our first vacation as a family in 20 years.

Disappointing for the price..

Checking in was easy.. the front door has a keypad and the code was easy to remember! The location was the absolute best thing about the condo! Across the street and down a few steps and you’re at the beach! Upon arrival, we walked room to room and noticed the master bedroom sliding balcony door didn’t have a lock on it, the tv didn’t work, half of the closet door was missing, and several knobs were gone. I called the given maintenance number about not having a lock to an outside door with no answer. They messaged my phone saying there should be a pole for that sliding door… there was no pole anywhere and they were notified of that with no response back. Some of the closets smelled musty with a film on the inside doors. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook but the dishwasher was very touchy and half of the knobs on the cabinets were missing. The curtains in the living room were falling off of their rods and the windows had cracks in them. We noticed two cockroaches crawling on the couch. The air filter in the hallway was black so we changed that. The bedroom on the main floor had curtains that didn’t cover the sliding door completely so I’m sure the passerby’s got a view when we were changing. I noticed a very large red stain on the mattress (I don’t want to think what that could have been!) The washer also made a TON of noise when doing a load. Overall, we had a great time and learned to laugh at what we kept finding wrong. Read the prior reviews!!

Good Location - Less than Stellar Accommodations

The best thing about this rental was the location. We were right across the street from the beach. The property itself wasn't the best and the accommodations were bare bones.The things in need of improvement are as follows: 1. Overall this townhouse is in desperate need of updating. Everything is dated, old and tired. The decor is odd, it looks like Kirklands circa 1990. Nothing beachy or coastal. The curtains and shades were old and shabby. The furniture was old, junky and as basic as it gets. This property is inline with a 1-2 star motel like Roadway Inn or Motel 6. 2. There was a lack of seating in the kitchen and living room to accommodate everyone staying there. 3. The floors were filthy, all of our feet were black from walking on it. The tub upstairs in the master bedroom was also dirty and gross. 4. The washer jumped off the floor and sounded like a freight train running through the house and the dryer sounded like an air raid siren. 5. There weren't enough towels and the towels that were supplied were the cheap thin microfiber kind that didnt absorb water. 6. The WIFI didn't work more then half the time we were there, which made it difficult to watch TV at night, and also for the teens in our group who liked to play video games. 7. The TVs in the bedrooms were small and pathetic, just enough for them to say there was a TV in each room. I definitely dont think this property is worth what they are charging. I would suggest booking elsewhere.

Property owners had us pay extra money to them personally (not via VRBO site!), citing only 2 parking stalls were available..as we required 3. However, there WERE actually 3 stalls available on site for this rental and we never actually nneded an extra parking site...so THAT was a scam! Following a 10 hr drive with 12 people, everyone had to urinate upon arrival. There was no toilet tissue in the main restroom..not even a toilet paper roll. We noticed the kitchen rug was wet, opened the under sink cabinet and there was standing water. This wasn't a new leak, as there was a black garbage bag wrapped around the pipes and a large amount of putrid, stagnant water standing in the dishwasher, making it unusable. We only opened it once due to the stench. There was a large amount of sand in the washer and dryer which you could hear when they were in use. There was a tile off one stairway, which also was not a new occurrence as it would fall off everytime you went up and down the stairs. The broom handle was bent at a 90 degree angle, the vacuum cannister had not been emptied and was 1/2 full of debris and sand. The living room rug and floors were filthy. We had to clean before we could unpack. Our feet and the babies knees were literally black after being on the floor just long enough to unload our belongings from vehicles to respective rooms. (I have pictures of all of the above). I was responsible for booking lodging and felt as though I had definitely been scammed...considering. The owners were decently responsive..initially within 24 hours. However, have not responded in over a week to my message about charging extra for the unnecessary parking permit and information about the state of uncleanliness. I feel as though I have been ripped off by the owners. We cleaned almost every minute we spent inside. The place was plenty spacious for our 6 adults and 6 children and the location was a short walk up the street, across the road. You could see a small peak of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony. The "swimming pool" on-site was approximately the size of a hot tub. I was tempted to have all 6 children put on there life jackets and take a picture, but, at that point, was seriously just OVER IT!! I have learned a huge lesson from this stay and will be looking at other resources for future vacations. The time spent with family was fantastic, the rental, unfortunately, took away significant amount of our joy.
